I enjoyed my experience with Best Buy, Customer service was awesome. I had to exchange by appliances after they were already delivered. No problem and was a very easy transaction. Colton was a pleasure to work with, and Leland (Geek Squad that did the delivery both times) is an asset to your company. He was very informative, polite, and knowledgeable .
I will continue to shop at Best Buy.

I ordered a LG washer/dryer for a condo unit which has restrictions on delivery times. The item was delivered and installed damaged (and not during the hours requested). Best Buy has a delivery window of 7am to 7pm. I then scheduled a replacement delivery and they also didn’t arrive at the scheduled time and nor would the install. Delivery only. So I scheduled a third time and they again did not arrive at the scheduled time. Best Buy indicated I needed to reschedule. After 3 failed attempts to get an undamaged appliance delivered and installed, I cancelled the order and requested my credit card be credited back for the purchase amount. Now they tell me that they can’t refund until they receive the item back. I now have to scheduled time for them to pickup but BB is so incompetent and uncaring it may never get picked up. I am sure I would like the undamaged product if I could ever get someone at Best Buy to care enough to do something about this problem. I am at a loss for what to do.
