excelent refrigerator, a lot of space inside for all the groceries

As long as my wife is happy… I’m good. It had everything we wanted and more. If you hook it up to the WiFi it will tell you someone has the door open too long. If you want to save some $, get it unboxed. It was waaay cheaper.

I have had experience with many brands of refrigerators in the past. I can't say any of them would get a bad grade, and most of them would get an excellent grade. This is the first time I purchased anything from LG. I thought the see-through panel on the right side of the door was cool, and it really helped form my purchasing decision, as I believe the fridge overall would work like other brands that I have had in the past. I started realizing almost immediately that this fridge was not designed very well. Starting with the top shelf of the lower freezer pullout, which collapses to the lower part of the freezer drawer when it is nearly full. This requires removing everything from the top rack of the lower freezer and then trying to reset it back in its slide. This is a constant issue and a serious design flaw. Another issue is with the main refrigerator side door panels. Expecting the side door panels to have rows to put bottles or cans of drinks is not unheard of. They designed this so you can have 4 1/2 cans only on the top shelf, (no bottles). Then 4 1/2 cans or bottles on the middle rack, and then a row at the bottom which doesn't fit any bottle or can because it is too thin. Now my freezer is not longer working and I have to get support for it. I thought knocking on the side glass panel to see into my fridge was going to be a cool feature. The matter of fact is that I have had this for a year and have knocked on that glass about 8 times max. It is an absolutely useless feature. I should have paid more to another manufacturer for a TV or a Wi-Fi-enabled computer screen. I have more complaints about the internal layout of this fridge, but I will end this here. This was my first and very last purchase of LG, period. Never again.

Love everything with this refrigerator except for the shelf height adjustment. I was not able to store milk, juice, and wine bottles on any shelves except for door shelves making it very inconvenient.

We are slowly changing over to LG. I am very pleased with the refrigerator. Great value. Looks and runs well. I would recommend this and would buy again.

Our family is so happy with our new LG Refrigerator. We are replacing a 10 yr old LG, which gave us many years of service. Our new LG is a big upgrade with a knock & look inside the door. Water & ice outside the door is always ready to quech your thirst! Thank You LG!

The sales person was great and helped up make the right decision for the refrigerator. Was delivered on time when we where told.

Love it! Wish I could push it a bit further back but apparently that impacts tge water flow to the water dispenser. Still trying to figure out how to stop it from making ice for my freezer bin but haven’t figured it out. App is interesting.

So far so good! We love the knock knock feature. My kids like to see what drinks are on hand in the shelf right there :) Also, we love the options for ice - perfect for our family!
