Easy installation, pretty much easy to install and start up. I like the Bluetooth- it set up pretty easily. Pass through is a must for me- can use TV for a quick peep without powering up the box and speakers.

I'm using it with existing speakers from an older system. I Iike the on-screen set up instructions to balance the speakers and also for making personalized adjustments. I did NOT like that the instructions did not specifically tell me that the output from the DVR needs to go the the ARC input port on the receiver. It took me a long time to figure that out. I was also please about the 2year warranty

Pros: simple setup, enough connections for all your devices. Cons: app is available but only for Bluetooth not via WiFi.

Replaced our 13 YO Pioneer box with this. Great sound, functions and more. Needed the Bluetooth addition. Works great with our built in speakers.

I'm enjoying my new receiver becauae it has updated technologies, including the hdmi inputs that my older receiver did not. Its much easier to operate and it produces the sound I love.

Set up was simple, device was compatible and interfaces well with my stereo, TV, gaming, and my early 90's 300 cd changer. The amperage on this is a bit under powered but I'm sure my percieved sound decibels coming from my speakers is less than what the unit is putting out. 5 starts for out of the box ease of instalation, use, value added, and exorcism expense v value for the product over all. Only thing left to test is durability and that takes time, it's also why you buy the warranty.

This is a compact, fully functional, 5.2 channel AV receiver in a compact package with a fair price and compatibility to 8K including "upscaling" 4K sources. It is an excellent choice for those who need its full features at a better price that 7.2 channel AV receivers when you only need 5 channels. It has a number of programming features to make inputs more compatible with respect to multichannel/Dolby sound, etc. While you an set up the channels manually, it also has the option of "auto" setup with the included mircrophone.

Holy cow! I had no idea what I wasn’t hearing with my old receiver. It had plenty of features but this thing is just a beast. High quality sound and drives my Bose speakers like they’ve never been before.

Great basic receiver. Works with my Roku Ultra, Samsung BluRay, LG flatscreen, and phonograph. One tip - don’t enable the TVs WiFi connection. It will cause problems as the AVR and “smart TV” both vie for control.

Excellent power is it understand remote clean lines and display. Noticed a mark difference in sound quality over my old Pioneer.

Tons of options. EARC Compatible. Warning: Will only play MP3 format from an I-phone. Does not play wav files.
