A great dryer that we bought with the matching washer. It has many cycles and it’s easy to use. Two things that weren’t clear to us was it doesn’t come with a power cord so that slowed down installation, secondly we needed to have a side vent option and of course we knew this was an option but not that we would also have to buy a side vent kit. And finally you have to also buy the steam water line if you want to use that feature so easily add on a $50-100 to the price you see if you need these options.

I am very pleased with this LG 7.4 CuFt Dryer. The various features are very easy to use. I like that it can receive data from the washer to suggest the dryer cycle to use. It is easy to choose a different cycle if preferred. It notifies my phone when the cycle is done. I haven't used the steam feature yet but have used the wrinkle free option.

A great machine makes the regular tasks like laundry a but more easier. The smart settings and app male laundry days a breeze when I'm running around. The install service was a horrific experience where damage occured. I'm still dealing with the installer's claim department. Other than that, the machines were a great deal buying on sale.

Love this set. It is quiet and easy to use. I almost don’t want the rest of the family doing their own laundry anymore. Well built and beautiful!! This w/d set got through a load of 14 towels in less than hour and a half. They work well! I love that it connects to the app and lets me know when the cycle is done. The dryer also connects and automatically knows how to dry the clothes you just washed. Cool tech. Hope it lasts!

UNIT was an open box and has been working great! Got tired of Samsung appliances being crap so trying something new

Had an older model from 8 years ago in my previous house. Haven't been able to use a ton yet because this went into new property. Machine runs quiet. The touch screens are a great upgrade to keep the machine looking sleek. Will be interested to test its capacity on queen size items, but all signs point to it being effective.

Does excellent job with drying and is very intelligent enough to sense the type of load which saves energy. Will definitely recommend it.

This dryer has been great! I love the smart features like smart pairing with the matching washer to get the appropriate drying cycle automatically. I also like that you can pair to the ThinQ app and view the time remaining, notifications when cycles complete, etc. The dryer does a great job drying clothes and sensing/adjusting the time required if they aren’t quite dry yet.

I had a Samsung washer and dryer earlier, and it broke (twice). It was going to cost me $$$ to repair them, but I am glad that I switched to LG. This is a much better wash, quieter, and better controls. The Samsung App ecosystem (SmartThings) is much better but doesn't do the actual job of washing and drying :( LG needs to beef up their game in the Smart technology.
