Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.We bought this identical refrigerator from Best Buy in 2018. Within 4 years it broke for the first time. From October 2022 - July 2024 it had 11 major repairs through the warranty company Domestic & General (866) 333-3134. After the 11th repair I complained about being without a refrigerator from June 2024 - August 2024 and they finally replaced the refrigerator with a brand new one. I will probably NEVER buy another Whirlpool/Kitchen Aide product again, and if I do I will NOT an ice-maker through the door. I will probably go with a very simple top freezer model or a simple side by side. Right now in my garage is 22 year old Kenmore that still freezes great & the refrigerator keeps everything very chilled! They certainly don’t make them like that anymore! It’s very sad!

The size and organization of shelves gives us so much space. The only issue is that the large drawer opens on its own when you open the french doors.

So much thought has been put into where items can be stored with easy access. This fridge is smaller than our previous one, but it feels like we have more room. I like that I can move shelves around to accommodate the sizes of items stored. I am short, and love having the freezer on the bottom. I always know what's in the freezer!

We bought four major appliances through BB in November of '23 and the KitchenAid refrigerator's face is already rusting and peeling at the corner of the water dispenser panel. The bottom face of the dishwasher door is also rusting and peeling. Best Buy says to talk to the appliance hotline, appliance hotline says talk to the service technician, service tech says the warranty doesn't cover "cosmetic" damage so try talking to the Best Buy manager... the cycle continues- even though there's clearly a faulty design flaw with KitchenAid's stainless steel. Two separate appliances and both turning to crap in just over 1 year. $10,000 in purchases yet no one stands by their product??? #nevershopbestbuy #neverbuykitchenaid

Much better build quality, spacious fridge and you can get ice out while filling you cup with water. The freezer isn't all that big, but who cares if you are able to keep your old fredge in the garage. Couldn't be happier so far!

And the freezer, pizza box storage! And all time favorite feature is the water and ice dispenser. I get many compliments.

It came and it is sooo nice inside. Pretty much made like my old one but way nicer:) it has a really nice large pull out tray inside that has a faux wood look around the edge. Nice updated touch to add and looks so classy! Love it
