Customers frequently mention the superb picture quality, vibrant colors, and ease of use of the 65" Class C3 Series OLED evo 4K UHD Smart webOS TV (2023). Many appreciate its performance for gaming and the OLED technology's impressive contrast. However, some users find the remote control design and the price to be less satisfactory. Love the picture. Sound is ok. Not happy about the fact that you can’t use the ARC feature at the sample time as optical out.

Fragile

The picture quality is awesome, but this TV is so fragile. We bought the TV in Nov. 2023, not even 6months ago. We tried to turn it on today and it won’t start. While troubleshooting the problem we noticed a tiny crack in the screen on the left side. We don’t know how or when the crack got there. When we tried to gently move the TV the crack spidered to maybe an inch in diameter. The TV won’t turn on at all. A family friend that repairs TV’s says it most likely won’t be covered by warranty an that a new screen will cost almost as much as, if not more than a new TV. He says this is a common issue with screen fragility on this TV. At this point it looks like we wasted $1700+ on a beautiful but delicate TV. This TV is in its stand on our console.

TV is very good. My issue is customer support. I have a pop up. It keeps coming back. At most it is a nuisance, it can be dismissed with click of remote. It will come back about 3 times until it stops. It is related HDMI 1 and Dish TV. I contacted support on chat. Agent was slow responding. Had me do things that I had already done. Then before even seeing if issue was resoled left the chat

The tv had great picture for 20 months, then the display stopped working when it powered on. At around $1,500 for the tv, that adds up to $75/month before failure. With that “ tv as a service” build quality in mind, I do not recommend this product.

Great TV, beautiful display, the colors on an OLED are noticeably more vibrant than my previous LED TV. Happy with my purchase. No issues with image-retention or burn-in (purchased a little more than a month ago) which was my biggest concern with an OLED.

Our new tv is more than we hoped for. Seth, the sales person was very helpful, answered all of our questions about this and other tvs, and was very knowledgeable and professional. He also helped us in buying a sound bar that would meet our needs. The installers were also very professional in helping us set up the tv.

The best panel for a middle class OLED. Especially if you have some knowledge of tuning the panel, you can watch wonders on these!

Purchased 65 inch C and G series tvs on the same day. The G is admittedly a better picture, but for the price, the c is excellent.

My new LG OLED is outstanding!! It has a beautiful color spectrum and is so thin and sleek. I added a Sonos sound bar to it and it sounds amazing. I would highly recommend this TV and sound bar to all my friends and family.

TV is great but the remote is horrible. You have to click a small scroll bar while trying not to move the remote that is controlling a cursor on screen. If you manage to hold the remote still while you click, your fingers or your fingernails will most likely click the buttons surrounding the scroller. So frustrating. You almost never click what you intended.
