Have had less than a year, heating element went out twice, customer service is horrible to deal with! Its under warranty still but they have no one close that works on Samsungs therefore I had to wait for another call multiple days, stating that they would have to give a refund or replacement and it could take up to 8 weeks. 8 WEEKS without a dryer is crazy and inexcusable. I would never buy this product again!

The worst machine and the most expensive, they are scamm they told me that this was brand new I called Samsung and this is not a new machine they already change some parts of this machine 1 year before I even purchase this machine

Worst customer service i have ever dealt with was on hold for over 40 mins and the address wasn't correct never will have anything ever scheduled for ever again ughh

Couldn't be MORE disappointed and dissatisfied with this dryer. We bought this dryer because our previous dryer couldn't dry clothes and had to be run, multiple times and that dryer was over 10 years old and much smaller.. well SAME with this dryer. Clothes come out still wet, after multiple times running. Had the vent cleaned out recently, so it's not that. The sensor drying on this, well we can't even use it. Tried to use it in the beginning... and clothes would come out still wet, with wet spots, very wrinkled - can't even wear them. Have tried using softener and dryer sheets and still nothing. The sensor is just bad and even if you move the clothes around and put it back in, well, it goes off in a minute and clothes are still wet. The timed dry, have to run it for a least twice and half the time I have the dryer half empty. If I could return this I would, I couldn't be anymore unhappy with this dryer.

Dryer died within a month.

Just under 1 month after having it, and the motherboard goes bad. Customer service with Samsung sets up a repair session for a week later, then bumps us back a few days, then bumps us back a few days more, then bumps us back a few days more. Allegedly I'm getting it repaired next week but I'm just waiting for my 4th bump back.
When the door closes it short-circuits something that then causes a 9C1 code to appear. When the door is open it seems like its fine, but the door can't close.
Maybe it'll be fixed, and maybe I won't have to hang dry clothes again, but for a $700-$800 dryer to simply die within a month and to get strung along by customer service, its not fun.
