I was told by the delivery guys that they were reporting it and replacing it asap, they took pictures and that they were leaving the machine so I wouldn’t be without one. Best Buy was supposed to bring new one. It never happened. The machine works fine but I paid all this money for a new machine not a beat up dented scratched up machine. Y’all suck.

Extremely Noisy Washer

The controls are easy to read and use. We like that this washer has a separate rinse cycle and you can add more rinses for each wash. The tub is really deep so be prepared to stretch some to remove clothes after washing. Did I mention this washer is extremely noisy and seems to be getting louder (only completed 4 loads of laundry). I would have given one star, but after considering the easy to read and use controls and the cleanliness of clothes I decided to give two stars. We have all Samsung kitchen appliances and Samsung TVs (total of five) and all have been great. Really disappointed with the noise this washer makes especially based on reviews by others saying how quiet the washer is. Nobody should have to call for service after doing four loads of laundry. Did I mention how extremely noisy (grinding noise) this washer is during wash/rinse agitator movements…
