Worst dryer ever!

We are laying our underwear out in the room and our towels and bathroom rugs on the back porch to dry. We’ve had the product since January so we’ve spent some time working with different settings and trying things, but it is NOT performing. There are multiple areas to clear the lint from and a front drain, we do this 2x a week and it really hasn’t helped. Would not buy this ever again and would probably reconsider ever buying LG again as this product is so awful.

I just can't give 5 stars because the drying time is very long! I tried this unit out for about a week and the drying took anywhere from 5-7 hours.

We liked how it would fit in a tight utility closet and the energy saving features. We just load it up and return in roughly 2-3 hrs. All done. Saves time as we don’t have to worry about switching the clothes from one unit to the other. Consider the down time of when you are not around or forget to switch from washer to dryer. If you are really concerned about time. Buy another unit (wait for a great sale as we did). Two loads completely done in 2-3 hrs. The clothes feel and smell fresh. They are also not over dried due to excessive heat. They actually feel slightly moist, but still dry if you know what I mean. Just make sure you keep the both filters clean (easy) and you shouldn’t have a problem. Very pleased and happy. Highly recommended.

The ony problem I have with it is the lint the accumulates in the door gasket after every dry cicle. I understand I must clean the filter after every wash and dry, but now also cleaning the gasket it’s really too much time and struggle.

The Wi-Fi connection also means I get notified on my phone when the cycle is complete. It also sends a follow-up reminder if the clothes are not removed.

Even have dried clothes that usually shrink but haven’t in this dryer. Love the lint filter system as well.

It is so easy to throw a load in and it is completely dried when it is done. So nice not having to switch to a separate dryer. Also, it saved us a lot of space in a tiny apartment.

Loved how the machine just dries my clothes right after the wash and no need to remember to transfer the clothes over. Also amazing that it fits in my small hallway. So great, definitely 10/10 would recommend! Just make sure to get the 5-year warranty, since it's new tech.

Easy to start and just let run and pull out clean dry clothes. Then the issues started. We've had three service calls to come fix the unit. None of which have actually fixed the original issue. Bought Jan. 2024 and worked great for 6-8 months. Suggest going with separate units. Too much money for issues and we regularly cleaned machine and still had it break down.

It saves room vs. having a washer and dryer separate. You also can just use the washer or just the dryer. The negative is that when I use the dryer it doesn't dry blankets and towels thoroughly. However, I am just getting used to it as I haven't had it very long so I need to work with it more to figure out what setting works best.

Very obvious this machine was not checked over by anyone. Ran it and it started to flood water out of the lint filter. Took the filter out and shined a flashlight down the grate and it was completely blocked over by lint clogging the filter. This is more of a review on best buy not holding up there descriptions of open box items.

Amazing combo

It’s very convenient as you don’t need to transfer clothes from the washer to the dryer, and the typical wash/dry cycle lasts around one hour and 35 minutes. We are very happy with our choice.
