    still not suitable for people on the go. I thought combined dryer and washer will lessen my time doing laundry. But even on quick wash, it still takes 2 to 3 hous combined. As oppose to just less than an hour when using the old fashioned washer and dryer separate. no go for now. maybe in the next 5 to 10 years. it will improve

    This is one of the worst experiences I have had with an appliance and Support from LG. I have Best Buy Total Membership but they tell.me to go to the manufacturer because its still under warranty. LG Support takes you around in circles. I have a brand new unit fresh out the box and no amout of attempts to dry clothes work.

    Very fast, safe, great assembly by the Best Buy team. The washing machine works really well and we let it run before we go out and by the time we come back, it's all dry and ready to be folded. Just the fact that we don't have to stay home to put it in the dryer.. We can get A LOT done. Great product by LG.

    I absolutely love my washer and dryer combo! At first, I was hesitant because it wasn’t dry my clothes properly but after a couple days, my laundry started drying completely. Now it has made me even lazier, since I don’t have switch clothes to another machine.

    Don’t listen to the naysayers. This thing doesn’t take long at all to dry. I love that I don’t have to worry about transferring it from one washer and dryer to the other. Just set it and forget it, which is usually what I do because I have ADHD lol Speaking of it’ll send a nice little reminders on your phone that you forgot the laundry in the washing machine for three days

    What a great addition to a new home! Put in the laundry and 1.5 - 2 hours later a clean batch comes out. I fill up the detergent and softener once every week or two. I've been bragging about it to friends who still have the two machine setup, making them jealous (Keeping up with the Jones')!

    Not a great purchase for a family with kids, especially in sports. From start to finish each load takes over six hours to complete. This creates a constant bottleneck for me doing laundry for my family. REGRET this purchase.
