The only MFP 3301xxx with duplex scanning!

Originally bought the 3301sdw model and found out it did not have duplex scanning. Had to return it to the store for exchange. However, Best Buy did not have the 3301fdw in store. Best Buy website listed it, sold through Staples!?! Still went through with purchase on Best Buy website, HOWEVER, since it was being sold through Staples, there was NO additional warranty or extended warranty plans offered! Found out the 3301sdw and 3301cdw models do NOT have duplex scanning, despite HP's web site specifications stating they do! Buyer beware. This model does cost another $100 for this feature!

Not Good for Mac/Apple Owners
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This Printer is way too overpriced for its quality. It does not SCAN on a Mac unless you use HP's software, which is not great and has minimal options. The printer is very loud and sounds like it's going to fall apart. It does can double sided (using their software). It's jammed on me using the feeder a lot. For the price of this machine, it should work much better, and it is not as MAC friendly as they advertise. I would look elsewhere for a printer, especially if you are going to spend this kind of money for one.
