we love this model so much that we just got this one to replace our old one we’ve had since 2016. they are great for carpet and hair, awesome attachment functionality.

Works well, like the swivel, reasonably easy setup. Weighs a ton! Should have more settings for carpets.

I've only had this vacuum for a short time; however, it is the best vacuum I have had in years. The suction is great, easy to use, perfect for even heavier nap rugs, and breaks down to utilize as a carry with ease. Light weight but still feels durable in your hands. I am thrilled that I have this vacuum in my possession and look forward to using it whenever needed.

A few years ago I bought a Dyson but I end up giving it away once I moved & didn't have carpet any more. When I bought my new home with over 1500sqft of carpet, I spent a couple of months trying to decide between spending so much on another Dyson or risk buying something cheaper and risk getting less quality. After ready over 200 reviews & gettting references from multiple associates, I chose this Shark. This vacuum is very lightweight, has excellent suction, & is very easy to empty & clean.

I think this is by far the best vacuum I’ve ever purchased. Great utility and easy to go from carpet to sofa. The suction on this model is superb and the pickup of dirt is visible in the easy to empty canister. It pulled up dog hair that I thought was imbedded in my furniture. I would definitely recommend this product to anyone looking to upgrade.

Best vaacum out there. Its corded which i love. It has better suction than any other shark oe dyson ive owned. Best bang for buck.

it has done an amazing job of being versatile and thoroughly cleaning the carpets let alone with suction power! It is lightweight and moves around easily with leads to much less weight for you to pull around and less strain on your spine. It comes with two attachments that are very useful. My only caveat with this machine is that it doesn't come with a fancy feature where when you press on the button, the cord automatically winds up inside the vacuum. But overall it's a great vacuum for my apartment!

Overall, this vacuum works well. The suction is good, and it's effective on both carpet and bare floors. It comes with a good set of accessories, including a mini beater bar cleaner and a long, flat bar for cleaning under appliances. The vacuum part detaches from the base to make a light weight handheld portable that's handy for stairs or the car. It's a solid 4 1/4 stars. Here's what keeps if from being 5 stars: (1) it feels kind of flimsy. Nothing has broken yet, but it just doesn't feel really solid. (2) The dirt catcher bin is very small. You have to empty it after every use; in a larger house, you might have to empty it halfway through. (3) The latches on the dirt bin are fiddly; they don't latch as tightly as they should. So far, it's good for the price.

Much more light-weight than you'd expect based on the size, much more powerful too. For the money, very solid choice. A few nitpicks, but nothing that stops it from being a solid choice.

Absolutely love this vacuum. I have a 15 month old and she hates loud noises. But with this vacuum she doesn't cry or run away. The suction is amazing and it gets all the hair from our 2 cats and dog with ease. Definitely would recommend this vacuum to anyone.

This vacuum has great suction. I would’ve given it 5 stars, but it has trouble going over my area rugs. It’s great on regular carpet though.

Amazing. I put this vacuum together in about 5 minutes without even reading the guide, very easy. So much power in an extremely light design. So easy to maneuver under tables and beds. Every shark product I’ve used is amazing quality, and this does not disappoint. Works great on wood floors picking up dirt and debris, pet hair etc. Tight corners are a breeze by pushing a button, pulling the wand off the base and aiming it. Push another button and the carpet roller speeds like a runaway train and scrapes every fiber off of the carpet. The power this vacuum has is only comparable to an old Kirby I had, a 1992 model, weighed about 20 pounds, made of metal, and would suck the carpet right off of the base boards. This lightweight Shark will suck the baseboards right off of the frame. Can’t recommend enough!

I don't personally use the thing, but I can tell you that when my wife is using it I no longer hear the "discouraging words" that came from her precious lips when using our previous vacuum machine (and it was LOUD!). Light-weight, she is able to navigate and clean the staircase with ease. We have 3 dogs, 2 cats, and a down-shedding cockatiel, and our carpets look GREAT lately. Since it is so light and easy to use, my wife uses if more often (no longer a burden to vacuum) and she has actually bragged to me and our neighbors how much she loves this machine.

The advantages of the Shark Navigator are as described in the name of the machine. It is light weight, narrow, bends low, and therefore can be used by a human being in a real world of rooms and stairs with carpets to be vacuumed. The lift away part is very practical where the whole machine need not be hauled up and around to clean objects that need no application of the beater brush. The attachments are small and handy for most purposes. The 'bagless' part is not so pleasant and never is. Why not use a bag and just neatly, cleanly, dump it and its contents? Rather than the dust and junk of emptying all the loose dirt, hair, and grossness out of the canister?
