I bought this vacuum for a new house that has polished concrete floors. Has great suction and vacuums up the light layer of dust and crumbs beautifully. Manuevers around well, and I like the tilt function. Eventually there will be area rugs, I assume it will perform well on those, too. 4 stars because I don't know yet about how it does with those. Light weight and easy to use.

I’ve become a huge SHARK fan after years of different brands including Dyson etc— this particular model is one I prefer with having pets. There are some other great SHARK models that are great as well. You can get a great deal at Best Buy— it’s definitely bang for your buck.

I have used to vacuum a month now, and it is very efficient. It is very light, easy to assemble and very easy to use it features. Makes vacuuming a snap and no constant vacuuming over the same areas to get the dirt, one or two sweeps over an area and it is really clean. Using the hard surface mode is awesome, as is the lift-away feature for areas that need hand vacuuming. This is a great buy for the money!

Great vacuum for an apartment. Pulled a lot of pet hair from my carpet.

This vacuum is light weight yet has excellent suction. The extension cord can be longer and the width of cleaning path can also be wider.

This vacuum is wonderful! Bought one for each of our children in the last 2 years. When my 35 year old vacuum finally died, I knew exactly what I wanted! Easy to operate and to navigate around furniture. Conversion from carpet to floor with just a flip of the switch. Cleans very well. Attachments are easy to attach and to operate. Not too heavy to carry up/down steps. Good value!

I was looking for another Shark since the last Shark I had lasted the longest and performed the best of the last 3 vacuums I had over the last ten years. This model Shark is a great buy for the price which became apparent after it's first use and the canister looked as if I haven't vacuumed for months. It's powerful and easy to maneuver.

Lightweight, pivot feature makes it easy to change direction. Also has suction level choices. Only cons are the short cord & short hose.

Surprisingly quietier than i anticipated, this vacuum works great for our apartment and is super easy to use especially when you use the detachments.

After owning a little lightweight vac for 6 years, we decided to upgrade. First, Dyson is too expensive. Second, this vac has better suction. The attachments (some of which are not stored on the actual vac - only grrr moment) alone make it so versatile - upholstery tool, under appliance wand, crevice tool, and dust brush. The amount of dust I sucked up with my first use was amazing. Buy this one!
