This warranty protect product for damage. I am glad to have coverage.

once there was issues with my t G, a replacement was sent out in a timely manner. the replacement item was also defective. i was able to get a gift card issued in a timely manner for an in store purchase to replace the defective items. i won't purchase anything major without coverage.

I PURCHASE WARRANTIES WITH EVERY ITEM THAT'S OFFERED WITH BEST BUY. IT'S WORTH THE EXTRA DOLLARS FOR COVERAGE.

This is a must have for anyone who has small children who are very active and love to grab and throw things.

This warranty is great to have, if they can't fix it they replace it!

I haven't had to use this yet but seems like a great insurance plan if anything ever happens to my phone.

I am unhappy about how long it takes to get the replacement.

In any purchase I made I always put the geek squad protection cause is better than manufacturers warranties

Geek squad is the way to go to get good protection on your products

Hopefully it will be nice and easy to use when the time comes

Everything is working great. So far there haven't been any issues.

In fact, I didn't go back to Geek mans for this phone but I did with other products and them just awesome

This replacement phone has been satisfactory, so far. I ordered this one because 1:Samsung 2: 32G of internal memory 3:old phone 4G memory. It was a bit unwieldy at first but with a leather flip case is real nice. Only downside was that I ordered 'gold' and received 'white'.

Always good to protect the products you buy. Have not had to use it yet. But glad to know it's there

It's nice to have this protection, since phones are more delicate than ever being all glass now.

Nothing to view My phone still works great since I brought it in 2018.

Great idea better then the insurance plan with my carrier
