I am "SO HAPPY" -- I purchased the protection of Geek Squad - for my recent All-in One Lenovo desk top computer! I have had to call them 3 times over the last 2 months. Each time -- the person I spoke with -- was - Extremely friendly; courteous; and knowledgeable!! Each person - was Very Patient - and walked me through - each problem that I was having... and - made Sure -- the problem was "Resolved completely" - before we hung up the phone... Without the help of Geek Squad - I would have, truly, been unable - to resolve the issues I was having on my own! GREAT PRODUCT AND SERVICE!!!!

We recently had a permanent crash of our computer. Part of buying a new computer was the purchase of Geek Squad Service. We have used this service for over several years on other computers and have been extremely satisfied with them. Their knowledge and professionalism is outstanding. Also, their online service is excellent working on your computer at home and if that is not possible, just call the nearest store or go on line to schedule and appointment. I have never waited more than 5 - 10 minute3s when having an appointment. This service is well worth the price.

Despite a few of my friends and colleagues complaints regarding Geek Squad, I've never had an issue in working with them. I'm usually the go-to guy for tech issues with friends and family and am pretty handy with the PC. The folks working at my local Geek Squad have routinely impressed me by fixing issues that had me stumped, sometimes with startling speed. Now instead of spending hours working on fixing other people's computer woes, I tell them to go to Geek Squad. Saves me the time & headache.

We have been using the Geek Squad for several years, so it just made sense for us to use them again for our new computer. The gentleman was very knowledgeable and patient with us and explained everything so well, that we were able to set it up and use it with no difficulty when we got home that night. And if there are any issues, we can call any time,or take it to the store and the issues will be resolved . We are happy they are there for us.

As a Livestreamer / YouTuber, it is key for me to fix my computer anytime it has problems as quickly as possible. With Geek Squad Protect & Support Plus, I am able to do just that. They make it simple by letting me bring in my computer and they will fix it within a 2-3 day period if possible. The price is worth it if you are actively using products as I've had to use Geek Squad multiple times now and it's been all under the plan. :)

I've never been a big proponent of extended warranties but, in a moment of weakness, I purchased one with my last computer. Best mistake I've ever made. The hard drive on my old computer died and the geek squad (Cat and Nat)and the store manager (Liam) really went to bat for me. They offered several different options to remedy the situation and the final result was better than I expected. You have a great crew at the Reynoldsburg store!

I'm not normally a guy to buy any warranty as I figure that if it breaks then I replace it. When it comes to Computers, TVs, gaming consoles and the like, it is worth while to buy a warranty for the peace of mind. I know it costs more and many sales people try to pressure you into getting one but all in all it's worth it to make this an add on to your device. Think of it as a worthwhile investment in your future.

I haven't had to use this yet thankfully since I just got my new computer and hope I don't have to, but it's always smart when you're buying technology and to spend the extra money and get the extended warranty plan. Especially with a $1,000 computer. Things can happen that you have no control over such as a power surge and other things that aren't even caused by you! Definitely should buy to protect yourself.

I feel very protected with the protection plan. I had purchased a laptop years ago with the service plan. My laptop fell and the screen was shattered so it no longer worked. Best Buy actually replaced my laptop with a brand new one comparable with the price range of the one that broke. They are always very helpful as well with any questions or needs. DEFINITELY RECOMMEND!!

I do agree with a lot of people and like the knowledge of the Geek Squad team. At times though, they turn into sales personal, and I don't like that. Let them answer tech questions and make recommendations for enhancements or improvements, but not try to sell stuff. Not all techs are like that, in fact many of the sales people know less than the tech's and the tech's can tell you honestly if it is junk or not based on what they are repairing.

Neither my husband or I are what you would call "Techie" so without the Geek Squad we would not be able to survive. They have helped us out so many times. They are very professional and if the Level I technician cannot help you, they do not hesitate to send you to the next level. I love you Geek Squad.

I believe in protection plans from Best Buy. Normally other stores have hidden agendas with their protection plans not doing what they promised. Best Buy I've never had a problem with their protection plans. They stand behind them. I've never had to use this one yet but I've used others from Best Buy before and no problem.

Bought this for my 11yr old son for Christmas. He loves it. It seems very fast, set up was easy. Came with a wireless USB. (yay) BUT does NOT have a DVD drive. Now I need to purchase one and try to figure out how to install it since the front panel does not have any pre cut slots that I can find. Called ibuy power before this purchase with general questions about this item the customer service was great!

I've called Geek Squad numerous times, sometimes getting a Geek who passed me on to another and then to another, etc. but in the end I eventually got a great Geek who got me through whatever it was having a problem with. Years ago I had problems with Geek Squad helping me out but now the Geeks are great.

Love my pc. First time owning an all in one. I'll never have a tower again. The touch screen is really cool and the option to turn that off so kids won't mess with it makes it even better. Beautiful picture and very responsive. Plus the wireless mouse and keyboard just puts the cherry on top.

So happy I had the Geek Squad transfer old information from previous PC to the new Dell all in one I purchased and set up new computer. Well worth spending the money on this service, all my questions were answered, it took only one day and I was up and running with the new computer.

Luckily we have no major problems with our computer system. However, the Geeks were wonderful help with setup. No mumbo-jumbo, just clear, easy to follow steps that didn't make us feel incompetent. Knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. We feel comfortable knowing they are there for us.

I used this geek support for many problems.I never knew when they did a scan & report my pc.My pc can go up to 8 cores.Don;t worry about that part.Support department is worth your money when you want BestBuy to add hardware,OS,remove bugs.Buy before you spend too much cash on a big bill.

The Greek Squad protect and support plus is THE VERY BEST protection and support system that we have ever had. They helped us with our e-mail, finding our icons after our Grandchild deleted them, and helping with other computer problems. They are good at what they do!!

Had our computer in due to an issue with an internal part The team addressed it as soon as possible however it did take a while as the computer had to be sent out to the service center for further inspection. In the end it had to be swapped out but they made it very painless for us.
