I’ve been using this MacBook for a little over a week now, and it already feels like a huge upgrade in my daily life. The performance is super fast — apps open instantly, multitasking is smooth, and the battery easily lasts me through the day even with heavy use. I mainly use it for studying, web browsing, and some light photo/video tasks, and it handles everything without any slowdown. The screen is bright and extremely sharp, and the speakers are much better than I expected for a laptop this size. It’s also lighter than I thought, so carrying it around doesn’t feel tiring at all. The build quality feels premium, and overall it just makes everything I do more comfortable and efficient. Very happy with this purchase so far. Definitely worth it.

After 8 years with my old MacBook Pro, this M5 feels like a huge upgrade. Gorgeous screen (though it does get a bit smudge-y), the battery lasts all day, and it’s been super fast with lots of apps and tabs open. I mainly use it for browsing, streaming, graphic design, some music production – so the 24GB/1TB setup gives me plenty of space and power for all my needs. The base 16/512 model is probably enough for most people (I went back and forth on it for a while!), and professional video editors/programmers might need to bump up to the M5 Pro chip when it comes out, but this one feels comfortable for my use and it’s nice knowing it’ll keep up for years. *And for those who are thinking of getting an Air instead, consider if you need a fan, extra ports, and how long you typically like your machines to last!

I am pleased with the smooth design and speed of this laptop. It has not disappointed thus far. I would recommend getting a skin since it is a bit slippery to carry. It is running 3D rendering software with no problems.

The MacBook Pro M5 is a really nice laptop and very easy to use. It feels fast when opening apps, and it works well for school, watching videos, or editing photos. The screen is bright and clear, and the battery lasts a long time, so I don’t have to charge it a lot. It’s also light and looks clean and modern. One small problem is that the screen can get fingerprints if you touch it too much, so you need to wipe it sometimes.

This laptop is a beast! With the new M5 chip it makes running LLMs locally a breeze. 24gb RAM and 1tb storage, I am in love with this machine. And the screen resolution is unbelievable

Upgraded from a 2020 intel Macbook pro. Was on sidelines waiting for upgrade and needless to say this was well worth it. Meets everything for speed, my dev workloads, multi-tabs open, never overheats like the intel mac, never hear fans. For price to power ratio, I feel now is the best time to buy this machine! Apple has really been cooking with the M chips especially here with this M5. Display is beautiful, Love it!

Absolutely thrilled about the MacBook that I bought, no regrets on paying the extra for the m5 with all the extra storage and space. Use it work and non work run multiple professional platforms at a time and it runs fast. Customer service and ease of ordering was stellar.

Coming from a Asis & Lenovo Yoga with an both i7 & Nvidia GPU’s, Ill never go back. If you like art & need to edit at all do not go windows. Since Ive had my new M5 every single task is smooth. I can now run my entire Adobe suite without any lag, Everything is incredibly snappy like online browsing is immediately, the file transfers are super fast, the screen so crisp and the ease of having iCloud connected is amazing. Ive used it everyday and have never regretted my purchase. Great laptop buy!

I'm loving my new M5 MacBook Pro! The keyboard is so much better than the 2018 Intel models, and there's no more touch bar! Great performance, memory usage, and storage space. Setup was easy. Love the sleek look too. The 14" size keeps the weight down and is enough screen size for my needs.

Switching from windows world to apples. As an IT professional I have been using windows system for the past 30 years. The difference in both system was huge. For starters the Mac OS was fluid. No hiccups and transitions were smooth. Even on intensive workloads the machine behaves as if its nothing on the other hand most of my experience with windows is if you do a resource intensive work or even run multiple applications at once it will struggle even with similar configuration. Mainly the system just freezes for moments at a time. I am glad I made the choice to switch. I am sure it’s taking time for me to adjust to the new environment altogether but the pain is worth the result. I am currently working on AI automations and tools. It’s fun to learn and grow with this Mac.
