I bought this computer for college and it has done everything I needed it todo.

I was in the store buying something else when I received on email from best but listing this laptop on sale. So I went and bought it. It's great fast and easy to use only thing it does not work on 4g internet only 2 g.

I purchased these for work and mainly generating reports. Work just great.

This was a surprise deal of the day that turned into a great deal for how it was equipped. 7th gen i7 processor with plenty of ram and hd space. Touch screen was a nice addition although probably use mouse the old fashion way.

I purchased this product in a flash sales with excitement as the spec at the price point is awesome. However, after using the laptop a few times (after windows update) without power connection, I noticed the battery drainage fast with less than 3.5 hours usage, which is way shorter than what the spec is claimed (6.5 hrs). In addition to the loose battery door assembly, I finally decided that this one has to be returned.

This has been a great laptop computer so far. I teach online and take it with me when traveling. It is fast and has a great memory. The touch screen and number pad are very helpful

This laptop runs really slow for some reason. I think it might be because of the hard drive. Wish I could get a refund and it takes so long to boot up and I’m forced to shut it off :(

This laptop was a great purchase during tax free weekend and has been very reliable and getting it on sale with all the memory and I7 made it even sweeter.

The computer and printer are a great combination, well worth the price. Also, having used the Geek Squad previously, I am comfortable with the knowledge if I do have a problem, they can handle it.

This was purchased for basic business needs on the go: checking emails, word documents, etc. It was easy to set up and use. No problems so far!

This laptop has problem after a successful installation of Windows 10 2017-09 Cumulative Update for Windows 10 Version 1703 for x64-based Systems (KB4038788). After this installation it takes 10 minutes for Windows 10 to go from the Welcome stage to the stage where desktop icons are populated. I returned the laptop to Best Buy since it's only 2 weeks old.

Bought this for our grand daughter who is going away to school. Nice computer for the price.

i chose this model because of some of the gaming features my past model didn't have. I'm not a big gamer, but this works for me
