Me getting used to Windows 10 aside this is a solid lap top for the price. Big screen, lightweight, runs fast. Big drawback is the battery. I don't remember having a new laptop with a battery that runs out so quickly. Seems like barely 2 hours.

Black Friday deal. Really good price for this large screen laptop. Runs smooth and works perfectly so far.

I like the big screen. Not a fan with the small screens. Mine is 17 inch. For the price so far works great

This HP computer was a great price for what you get. For just a few dollars more, Office 365 and an antivirus were included. My husband likes to surf the internet and the speed is great. We don't save a lot to our computers, but there is plenty of space available. I feel we got a great deal.

I love this laptop! It certainly is a step up from my 4 year old Toshiba. The only negative thing about it is that it is difficult to find a low to medium priced traveling case for it. Although I love the larger screen size, I believe the next smaller one would have been sufficient and I would have been able to find a reasonably priced case for it.

This is a good mid-range laptop. While probably not good for gaming it works well for everything else. I've had no problems with it, everything just works out of the box. Only complaint is that the battery life could be better (I was spoiled by my previous laptop). This is the 17-inch laptop I'd recommend for anyone not wanting to spend a lot and not intending to use it for heavy applications.

This is my first HP product and so far everything has been great. I set it up myself which was easy for me. The laptop walks you they it but the Geek Squad will help if needed. I’m impressed with the clarity of the screen, it’s fast and the design appears to be functional. I didn’t purchase this for gaming only for personal use and school. At this time I feel this will be a great investment

I bought this as a gift for someone with an outdated, slow laptop. This one is up-to-date (as of Dec, 2017), with HD graphics, HDMI ports, etc. The person getting the gift mostly uses her computer at her desk, so I wanted something that had the features of a desktop (large screen, numeric keypad), but is still portable for the occasional trip. This fits the bill. She is very happy with it.

The system is slow to load, lots of extraneous software that is not needed and needs to be removed. Other bugs that are annoying. Would have thought it would have been a lot easier to get up and running.

Big little slow battery drains fast , good deal nice

My husband and I rarely use our computer, but old one was dying. I did some research and this one was a Black Friday special. It shipped very quickly and we are very happy with it. I like the fact that it has a separate number pad. I would recommend for someone who wants an all around home computer.

I bought this laptop to be our family computer. Our boys are using the computer for school and we use it for home purposes. It has been about a month and it’s been a good computer. It is relatively fast, the display size is nice for us (we don’t take outside of the house much - just all around the home). For the price it seems to be a good buy. However be aware it is more of an economy model so according to B.B. it may not last more than 2 years. I’m taking the risk and hoping for the best.

Got this on Black Friday and am happy with it so far. A good deal on a basic laptop with large screen and 1TB drive. A bit slow loading but I have yet to get rid of all the bloatware that came on it.

Setup time and experience was easy with no problems. Seventeen inch screen is nice however making the overall size of the laptop somewhat bigger and bulkier than some might like for portability.

After reading numerous reviews, i decided to take a chance. So glad I did. Very impressed with the speed and picture quality. Not a fan of Windows 10, but still a great product. Holds a battery charge very well.

This computer has a lot of bang for the buck. 8 gig of ram will insure fast productivity when online. Clear imagery with the high def screen. And to top it off, core 5!

My wife was looking to replace a laptop that had hardware issues. After searching and comparing the size, ram, HD size, and price, we decided on this one. We could have spent $1000 on a top of the lone computer but for standard and at home use, this was the best choice for us. We have never been disappointed by HP and their computers. Just have a good protection plan in place and you will not regret it.

My HP LAPTOP has great Graphics. It is FAST. It is not has heavy as older Laptops. I just LOVE my HP LAPTOP !!!!!
