Works great but sound is a little tinny. Like the large size.

My old laptop finally decided to give up so I purchased a new one from Best Buys. After looking at units available in my price range I chose a HP 17.3" screen, Itel Core i5-8GB Memory and 1TB hard drive.. It is very fast and as I learn more about it's features I am very pleased with the performance. Price was right and the 12 month interest free financing was a big help. Geek Squad set my new laptop up for me and was able to recover the information from my old laptop.

Purchased to serve the home and it has done so very well! Large screen makes watching movies a blast and breezy reading for older family members.

I need this one because it has the largest screen and I can read without glasses. It is lightweight and I use it on my lap in bed. Buy at Best Buy and and get GEEK squad for insurance.

I bought this for my aging father who never had the time to learn how to use a computer. The laptop is big, has good weight and doesn't feel too cheap. A perfect beginner laptop.

Looked for a budget replacement for 8 year old HP that needed battery and other updates. Case is not as sturdy as HP Pavilion but good performance for the money. Easy to set up.

Large screen. Light weight. Black finish attracts fingerprints. Power cord short relative to previous HP laptop. No fingerprint access.

You get what you pay for. It's okay, if you want to compromise on certain features. I would agree with previous reviewers, It takes full 10 minutes to boot. I am afraid of restarting it for the time it would take to come back to life. The display is fuzzy, unless it is set at an angle with the eye. The keyboard is not backlit, which is an inconvenience.

I bought this laptop as a replacement for my daughter who is in the college. I like the style and color and I like how easy it was to set up so she could start using it.

I bought this for my wife's embroidery . It is very fast in responding to her embroidery design search , download and send to her embroidery machines . She loves it !

The factory had installed Windows 10 incorrectly but we called customer support they fixed it and it’s working great

Awesome large screen with great clarity. Large storage capacity for it's class. I needed a rather inexpensive everyday computer and this fits the bill.

It doesn't take forever to come on, a step by step instructions to get set up. Recommended for everyone.

This is a great laptop, has a nice large screen on it and was so easy to set up. We prefer HP in my house! I would highly recommend this.
