The product has a lot of great new features, and was really easy to set up. I love the large screen size.

Have had no issues since purchase, easy to use, the processor is very quick, i use it mostly for photo shop and online surfing, so much quicker and smoother than my old laptop

I've had the computer since mid December. So far it performs well. I use it mainly as a media server. Streams fine for that and the screen is nice. There is a bit of lag when I open a browser but once opened it works fine. MS Edge doesn't work at all so I loaded Chrome and Firefox which both function well. The main thing I'm not good with is the case. It's pretty flimsy so if you will be moving around a lot, you may want to look for something more sturdy and spend a little more. Mine stays in place and basically serves as a desktop. All in all not a bad computer for the money. Wireless printing works great, USB 3.0 is fast. Media reader nice to have if you need it. Has HDMI port as well. 4 stars due to case and lag with opening browser.

I have not used this much yet, still waiting to clear out my old computer before I start using this new one. I have installed a few things on it to get it ready for when I do want to use it. It does seem a little slow so far for being an Intel i5, 8gig RAM. but maybe its just because I havent gotten used to it yet. Time will tell.

Great laptop for this price point. Very fast and great specs. If you are looking a great personal use laptop, this should work nicely. I would only recommend something different if you are looking for high end gaming and professional video/graphic editing.

I have had Windows Vista for about 8 or 9 years, so I am still getting acquainted with Windows 10. I love the graphics and the ease of use. The screen is a great size for watching videos. Love this laptop!

I was looking for a 17" screen for my son that was not going to break the bank. This was a perfect match. He loves it and it does everything he needs it to do! HP laptops have not disappointed our family and this one keeps our faith in the company.

Light weight makes it easy to transport. Works well. Offset keyboard takes some getting used to and black keys require good light to see the keys.
