I like this laptop, it's light weight and just the right size for me. I like being able to use it as a tablet. Though I like this feature it is the one thing that causes me problems. Tablet does not revert back to laptop setup without added steps. I can't see what's on my desktop until I complete steps.

When my old laptop broke, I needed to replace it quickly since I needed it for school. I was drawn to the ability to use windows ink on this one in addition to the ok specs. I am pleased with the battery life and screen. Windows ink and onenote are my best friends when it comes to taking notes.

This is a great laptop for the price we enjoy it..

Easy to use Great for young student use for school

I bought this my senior year of college because my previous laptop was way too bulky and I didn't to spend a thousand dollars on a MacBook. I'm very happy with my purchase--two years later it's still going strong! I love how light and fast it is--the i3 works very well!

Great laptop for the price and my son is enjoying!

I purchased this with the keyboard and stylus bundle for my teenage daughter. She has absolutely loved it. It is a great option for students from high school to college and it has held up pretty well. We have had really good luck with, better than most other HP products we have purchased in the past.

I went into Best Buy for a laptop for myself and possibly my daughter and ended up just getting two of the same. The salesman was beyond amazing and was dead on with his recommendation, knowledge & expertise. I recommend this laptop for anyone regardless of the age - you will not be disappointed.

I originally ordered a different computer and was in the process of having Geek Squad set it up when I asked them certain questions. The representative went out of her way to help me purchase a different computer that was better suited to my needs. They then transferred everything from my old computer.

I'm very happy with the laptop. It's a good size but not bulky. I rarely use the touch screen but it works. I use the keyboard and a wireless mouse. Good substitute for a PC when you are on the road. I've watched live streaming and the screen is crystal clear. Fast startup. Speakers have good sound quality.

This laptop is great for someone who just wants to do some light internet use or stream videos. The hard drive and or fan has been making a weird noise since we bought it, but other than that everything works great. It definitely is a slower machine, but it gets the job done.

The computer was a good purchase. Very useful and good features

My wife is a music teacher and we were able to use the tablet mode to display PDF music sheets and it sits on the piano music stand perfectly! We are saving on ink because we used to have to print out sheet music constantly.

I recently purchased this laptop. So far I have only done light internet browsing, but I am more than satisfied. However, my speakers sound glitchy. Not sure if it has to do with the laptop or just the website I am on, I will have to further investigate.

I love this product for it's great versatility and flexibility, ease of use, meeting my requirements for speed,at work or fun and value for money. Easy to carry around too and I love the finish in addition to the board writing options which I think is great! Thank you HP.

works good other than the touch screen doesn't always work well. came with windows 10 which is the worst. always downloading updates and you are unable to use the computer while it is updating.
