HP put too much bloatware out of the box but after removing, it is running much faster. Will probably get a mouse soon because the trackpad feels slightly non-responsive. This isn't a dealbreaker, just something I am not used to most likely.

I like the size of this and I like that I have an option of a touch screen keyboard. I like that it flips so I can watch a movie. I don’t like how sensitive the screen size change is. One minute I’m at normal and the next it’s at 150%.

This has been a great purchase at a reasonable price; no problems whatsoever and is very speedy during normal use. Of course, there are better and higher specced laptops out there, but this one is great for the price for non-graphics intensive work.

Bought this laptop for my wife to do her lesson plans for school. Machine has good storage and the tablet function is awesome! The only reason I didn't give it 5 Stars is that it does bog down a bit if it is left in standby mode for too long.

Old sad story, my road computer goes down and 10 day wait time in shop. Showed me a open box system a little better than one in the shop! Now my open box is my road system and the other is a great backup. Lesson here is keep a open mind on system.

My daughter loves drawing on the screen and being able to collaborate with friends on projects. This machine had just the right horsepower for her to do those things. Display is crisp, and runs her apps perfectly. Great laptop for her.

This was a gift to replace an older home laptop. It is being used for keeping in contact, storing pictures, lite FB type games and assisting with school work along with watching videos, etc... It works great and is a good value for this type of user.

Didn't want to spend huge amount for first laptop for junior high student to do homework and access online textbooks but wanted decent amount of memory & disk space. Compact & light with bright touch screen that's 2-3 x the size of her old tablet.

This HP 2-in-1 is great value for the price. The weight is a bit more than I’d like but given the screen size that’s understandable. Battery life is good. Flip touchscreen is more useful than you’d expect.

My computer was for work and the laptop is very convenient to use. i had great customer service and even got a price break on the bag. they did the low cost comparison and gave me the better deal. glad i got to shop at best buy

Although the unit was cost effective and available, it was defective. After 2 hours on the phone with tech support, it could not be fixed. It had to be returned.

selected this 2 in 1 based on my budget but got a cooling fan malfunction error 9B at startup. Contacted HP support who promptly tried to fix the issue by updating BIOS but no luck. Finally swapped it for a costlier 15 inch Dell with SSD and happy with the purchase now. Thanks to Best Buy for their return policy!!

Very happy with this purchase. I had returned a different computer before I bought this one. I couldn't ask for anything more. I bought this for my 11 year old and she even enjoys using it for her homework! Great Job HP!

Overall the HP....2 in 1 14 inch laptop is user friendly and the prefect size for traveling! It's lightweight which makes it perfect for taking it on the go to business meetings,coffee shops or school!

Would buy again but look for a a computer with a faster startup. This one is slow to start unlike the Asus that I traded in. Other than that it has a sharp screen and the volume is far better than my Asus.

This was purchased for word processing and maybe some surving. I’ve seen issues with one competitor hinges so i played it safe. Bought as a gift. They didn’t want a large screen. The person likes it

Very fast quality laptop for price. Build quality is good and leaves nothing questionable. Nice amount of storage. Touch screen is responsive but using a stylus is better than hands.

This is my daughter's computer. She runs her T-shirt business from there. She takes design classes on it, is able to run Adobe programs with ease and Microsoft office. She loves it! Runs great!

I am pleased with my HP Laptop. It is light and convenient to carry around. I really like the silver finish instead of the old black ones. It functions very well and easy to link up wirelessly to my printer.
