Works as advertised no complaints....as of yet. Really best buy sold the hardshell cases for this item.

I purchased this laptop for my wife. So far, she really likes it. It's easy to use, lightweight, and user friendly.

When deciding on a new laptop the only thing I had to have was a touchscreen. After reading several reviews about this laptop, I decided to purchase it because it seemed capable of what I needed it for. It's only been 5 days and I've only used it 3 of those days but I absolutely hate this laptop. The startup time is horrible and the response time is very slow (probably 20 seconds). I'm not using this computer to do anything except to shop online, watch Netflix and Hulu, and create Office documents. That being said, I assumed this laptop would be able to handle these very simple tasks. I haven't been able to attempt to watch Netflix because I've been so frustrated. I've restarted it, stopped all startup programs, and waited for all updates to download. The result is still the same. Needless to say, I'm returning it.

Very happy with this purchase. I have been comparing laptop brands for over a year and am very satisfied with this HP.
