Keep your money

Owned for 1.5 years when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This is perhaps the worst computer I've ever owned and I've had desktops the size of a television. The first one I purchased ran very slowly and I thought it was the specific one I had. I exchanged it for another one and realized that they are just not good laptops. I didn't think it would be a big deal because I would only need to use it maybe twice a month. I'm a teacher and had a sick child and needed to send sub plans. I needed them done in less than 30 minutes and it took an hour and a half. This was the final straw for me. It takes five minutes just to turn on. The response time is greater than three seconds. It takes me a whole hour to type a one page Word document because it freezes so often during typing. I'm really upset with myself for not returning this laptop and now after only owning for 18 months, I have to purchase a new laptop.

Broke in 3 days

If I knew then what I know now I would have purchased another brand. Next time review on your own and don't trust the guy in shirt with the best buy logo.

Slow. Keyboard issues

Had issues with volume and keyboard that were due to BIOS updates. Very tough to use even while running just Internet browser, as it is very slow.
