I took it back to Best Buy and the Geek Squad looked at it and said that it was a hardware problem and called it a manufacturing defect. Also, they said that HP was having trouble with an update that was causing problems.

In the process of returning it. From the first day the laptop was very slow. Keypad stopped working after couple of days. I would not highly recommend buying it. I am so done buying Windows pc.
