I received a great deal with my student discount. This laptop is nice and it runs great so far. My only complaint is the blank screen that comes up after trying to log in. I actually took it into the store today to try to exchange it because I was unable to use it at all. The customer service worker was very helpful and explained that this is a nation-wide issue with Windows 10 and Microsoft should have a fix for it soon. Since I am past my 15 days for a return, I'm really hoping I won't have any more issues with it.

This computer starts up lightening fast and I love that. I had to wait almost 8 minutes for my old laptop to boot up. The SSD makes this process so fast. However, the SSD also means I have very little memory on this computer. I had to buy an external hard drive. This is a downside for this computer. I also miss the 10-key pad on the right of the keyboard. I use that a lot and find it frustrating to hunt and peck for the numbers. I appreciate the back-lit keys. Overall happy with the purchase.

I absolutely love this laptop. It's so perfect for all my needs in college. It's great because it can be a laptop or a tablet. The bamboo ink pen that you can buy separately is awesome as well because you can draw over notes and other things like that. Also it's just a beautiful laptop! Overall you won't regret buying this!

This HP is not only a laptop but as well a tablet which is great use for multitasking. It’s easy to use and the gold color is awesome with my other gold products!
