I have now had this laptop for almost a year now and this has been one of the best laptops that I have purchased. It has a long battery life (enough to continuously watch HD videos for about 5 hours without charging), the solid state drive makes starting up very quick and it runs more smoothly and quietly. I don't need a dedicated graphics card as I don't use this computer for gaming or intense digital art editing. The intel 620 does just fine with my cartographic mapping programs. The touch screen allows more precise control for said programs and the 360 flip screen allows me to easily put my laptop in whichever position is most comfortable. My only complaint would be that it only has 2 USB ports, and no ethernet port (although I have a USB adapter anyways) One of the USB ports is almost always for my mouse which practically leaves me with only one USB port to work with. But that is an incredibly small nuisance compared to the benefits I have gained from owning and utilizing this computer.

Has been great for college. Love the touch screen! Speed of process has been excellent for my use.

I love it. Everything about it is amazing. It has facial recognition, it is touch screen and can convert into a tablet. It is affordable. The only complaint I have which is SUPER minor compared to previous laptops or 2-in-1's that I have owned is that the mouse does not have a HARD distinction between left and right click so I occasionally find myself clicking multiple times. Overall, I am happy with my purchase.

I love my new computer! The best feature for me is how lightweight it is. I work all over my house. From my office to the living room to my patio to my bedroom. And when I meet with clients the versatility of a tablet or laptop, is amazing. It's very user friendly. The only drawback for me is, there is no ten-key. Which is why I gave it a 4 star. But having the other features compensates for that(a bit).

I purchased this system for speed and speed is what I have. The Solid State Drive is amazing. I love that it has the the new Windows Suit. The physical laptop itself with the option to turn into tablet mode is mind blowing. This laptop also has a back light feature on the keyboard (genius). For all those hard workers that are grinding away in the dark, the keyboard light is a game changer.

I was really planning on getting a DELL to replace my Lenovo laptop and I saw this one. The price was right being on sale so I figured I would give it a try. So far it works beautifully. Love the keyboard, the size , the screen and the fact that you can flip it to different positions. The touch pad is responsive, the battery life is good. I have no complaints..

I needed a new laptop but was not sure what I wanted/needed! I stopped by Best Buy to look and was helped by several associates. They told me this laptop would be the fasted to boot up and fastest to load programs/web pages. I also needed the laptop to do basic word, excel, and publisher files. This does it all and it fast as they predicted.

I’ve only had the laptop for about two weeks, but no complaints so far. The battery fan is not loud like some reviews stated. The touchscreen works great! The only reason I gave it 4 stars and not 5 is because I don’t feel I’ve had it long enough to rate it higher! But overall, great lightweight laptop!

This laptop is lightweight, bright and very versatile. The lighted keyboard is especially great for me. The screen is the perfect size and the battery lasts a long time. I use this for school and the size and weight make it fit in a backpack really well. I would definitely purchase this again.

I was looking to replace my old laptop and I like to buy a new slim laptop. After check reviews online and a couple of visits to the store, I decide to buy HP 2in1, the price was just great, even get a discount at store, even if I like to have a bit more memory, was enough for what I wanted.

Keyboard a little smaller than I was used to, however, easy to adapt. Screen size was also somewhat smaller, but has great graphics. Seems that the '10 hr' battery does not have that capacity when playing games (maybe 3 hrs before charge is needed), but recharges quickly (90 min or so).

Purchased for my daughter to use at college. She loves it! Lives on it, schoolwork, some online gaming, relaxing drawing on the touchscreen. Not a complaint about it since she got it, and believe me, if there were ANY problems I would have heard about them!

I liked this product so much in the store, that when searching for a new laptop for my daughters, I bought 2 of them. 1 has already had a few small issues, but we just rebooted it, and it seems to be working fine now, the other has been perfect so far.

Have this one for a few months now and it performs beautifully! Fast, great performance, sleek design and great price. Best value lap top. Dont expect top performance at a $500 range... spend a few hundred more and you won't be disappointed.

Love this PC! Very fast! Visually beautiful, two tone silver & gold. Light weight. Goes from a laptop to a tablet in seconds. Clear, bright images on 1080 screen. Sound is ok. Would like a little bigger screen, but then it would not be as mobile.

This laptop was exactly what I was looking for and more!!!! Love the touch screen and the size. It runs so well and has so many user friendly features! I am overall extremely happy with this purchase and would highly recommend it!!

My grandaughter needed a computer and we walk in at 8:30 and before 9:00PM we has a computer she needed for college.. Customer service was great. Wanted a student discount and there was not one for this computer. Still was a good price.

The laptop I purchased at Best Buy is exactly what I needed to fulfill all my office work. The laptop is user friendly and is lightweight and easy to carry almost anywhere. Best Buy’s Service has been good also!
