I bought this laptop for my daughter who is 2nd year in college. her other laptop so big and heavy a nuisance to carry around her class. since i purchased this laptop she loves it and takes to all her classes.

While this is probably more computer than I really need, I love it! Getting started was fast and easy. It is extremely user-friendly and simple to figure out. I have not had to refer to the manual once to be able to do all the things I did on my old one, except for being able to do them faster. Love the touch screen. While not a necessity, this feature has sped up my work because I can use the mouse, screen, or tracking pad interchangeably with no lag between responses.

I liked it more after I have had it for a while. I am in sales and to carry this with me is great for size and mobility. The only downside is the black lettering does not show well on the keys for me.

This laptop offers a full array of features adequate for a small business startup on a budget. A simple addition of MS Office provides everything needed to get a business off the ground and more.

Bought these laptops for my twin boys going to college. The sales person was very informative and helped me make a great decision. The boys use these non-stop and perfect size to carry around campus!

My old computer finally gave out on me. So I went to look at computers. This one is nice and light weight. Very fast. Love the touch screen option. It's pretty awesome. Pretty good battery life

Good for writing and surfing but difficulty with settings and privacy. Too many buttons to click just to get where you need, not easy, but laptop itself is good. Love the 360 use.

I love this laptop so far, even better than the first pavilion I had. Touch screen is always great, and turning it into a tablet is great for when I need to use it for work.

Lightweight, super fast, and easy to navigate. I absolutely love this new gadget. I am still learning about some of the features, but it is very easy to navigate basic functions. I love the sleek design, and the touchscreen capability is definitely a plus. I agree with some of the other reviews, in that, the fan can get a bit loud at time, but as long as it does its job in cooling my device I am ok with that.

Laptop is for general home use (internet, email, light documents, etc.) and it suits those needs well. Is relatively fast, easy to use and set up, and beautiful in gold.

I looked at many low to mid range priced 2 in 1 touchscreen laptops, and chose this for its Windows Ink capabilities and speed. I have not been disappointed.

It is touch screen and very responsive. It is extremely fast . I love the smaller size screen we chose and I love that this laptop is so light weight.

It's my first touch screen pc. Love the long battery life and how compact it is. Also the solid state hard drives make for quick file access

I've been doing most everything from my tablet. This acts like a tablet but does everything I need to do with a laptop. Love re touchscreen.

I like HP's and played with this one in the store. I chose this SSD laptop because of the WIndows Ink and I wanted to update to the Windows Creative when it came out. I did check reviews, there weren't many posted at the time but there was a common thread of difficulty at the start until updated. I was able to do it on my own without Geek Squad help. I wouldn't say I had any difficulty, but it sure did go through a lot of updates during the first few days. That might have been more on Microsoft's part than HP. There are times when the fan seems to run a bit hard but it loud enough to bother me. The fan is on the side so it doesn't interfere with my work but it might bother others. One problem I have had is with the Trend Micro software that came as promo with the laptop. After several installation tries, I did have to seek help from Geek Squad, they finally got it loaded. The only other thing to be aware of is the slim storage capacity- it's not the laptop for digital hoarders.

This computer is one of the best I have purchased so far. It is flexible, light and fast. The perfect laptop to take with you everywhere.
