    No complaints. I very much prefer this 14" over my old 13". Great graphics. SSD has adequate storage capacity for my use of this laptop (mostly documents I frequently use). Very fast to boot up. I've read complaints about HP's pads, and my 1 year old HP Envy 17" pad is similarly quirky. No complaints about the pad on this laptop - it has been responsive without a fault.

    Good basic laptop for the money.The touchscreen feature works well and is handy for using in tablet mode. The screen resolution is good and battery life is decent. Bluetooth features are good. No cd or dvd drive. Speed is good for basic uses.

    This laptop is great for college students or any student! I highly recommend because it is portable, has a 2-1 feature for students who prefer laptops or tablets and a personal feature I like is the speakers/sound it is clear and awesome!

    This convertible laptop has the right combination ow power and speed. The intel i5 has plenty of power, and the SSD drive is quick: startup is nearly instantaneous. The lighted keyboard is great. Although you can use this as a tablet, it is a bit heavy to use that way. I recommend this for a second laptop: I bought mine primarily for use in bed and for travel.

    This is a very nice computer. The battery dies quickly at times, but the make and model of the HP is exceptional. The computer types nice, is touch screen and is perfect for anyone to use. The light up keyboard is also really helpful.

    Love this laptop for its "touch screen" ability.... easy to navigate and lightweight. So glad I chose this one compared to others that were more expensive and didn't offer all the things that this one does! Definitely recommend.

    Very fast boot up with SSD. Performs web surfing an document editing easily. Large apps (Visual Studio, SQL Management Studio) are not so fast. If you are using it for software development, opt for faster processer.
