This new 14 inch 2 in 1 checks all the boxes! It boots up fast due to the solid state drive, easy to use, great product overall. I needed a new laptop to manage work on the go and support all my Bluetooth devices. Love it!!

The salesman was very helpful in helping me decide which laptop would best suit my needs. I love the back-lit keyboard, as well as the ease of transition from laptop to tablet. I like that I can use a combination of keyboard, mouse and touch screen. It was a little tricky figuring out out to save the sites I use daily, and I still don't think I have them exactly right, but it's pretty good. It had several "bugs," which were able to be corrected by a remote Geek Squad session. For the price, I don't think you can go wrong.

This laptop is lightweight and very easy to use. The fact that I can use it as a laptop or tablet is a big deal to me.

the resolution and image quality are great. It takes a while to connect to the internet when it's turned on, the battery doesn't stay charged long enough, and for being a new laptop with a I-5 processor and plenty of memory, it sure sounds like a laptop I could have had for the last 15 years, not what I expected from a laptop with a price tag as high as this one.

I was looking for a computer that could run windows as I was coming from running a chromebook platform. This computer blew me away with the features and functionality. I'm HP for LIFE!

From the display to all aspects of the system, including its size and weight, this laptop is hard to beat, and met my satisfaction in all categories. I would definitely recommend it.

I got a great deal on this laptop for being a student. I have had no problems with it since July, and I love it! Works quickly and is reliable. Definitely would recommend.

I guess I'll start that I will likely come back and update this review in a while, when we've had the laptop for longer. We bought this for my daughter as she leaves for college. She's had it a week and a half and overall likes it. She LOVES the touch screen and the backlit keyboard, two things she originally didn't think she'd care about. I have also seen her using it in tablet mode (screen rotated 180d) which she ALSO said she wouldn't do. I don't think the speakers are all that great but the system will likely be used primarily with headphones. Where I start to get concerned is performance. She's had a few instances of the system completely freezing up or the screen becoming non-responsive. Some other instances of the wifi appearing to be extremely slow - websites not loading, slow videos, etc. This while others in the house are not having any issue at all. We're going to keep an eye on that over the next few days and head into BB if the issues continue. The only caveat I can say to these issues is I have a 2-in-1 from another brand and have a LOT of the same problems and am starting to wonder if its inherent in the type or computer or Windows 10. I will update this review soon.

The laptop was much better than my old laptop. I liked the face recognition program for opening it. Its battery life was at first great, but has been slowly draining much faster even though it's been less than 6 months. The screen brigtness options are great, but the screen size seems small because of the large black border around it. Otherwise, it hasn't given me major issues to talk about and I like it!

I haven't had a new laptop since 2012 and I had to get a new one for work (not by choice) but I am so glad I did. I love this laptop. It is amazing the differnce from my old one. The touch screen capability is probably one of my favorite things about it because of the convince! One thing is a do wish it was a little bit bigger in screen size as I do a lot of split screen work. Other than that I absolutely love it!

I was looking for a 2 in 1 laptop and this meets just about all of my needs. The display is great, the keyboard keys are quiet and I am enjoying the Ink Workspace.

I am using this laptop at home, in my classroom, and with my tutoring students. It is easy to use. I love the tablet mode. Students use it to solve problems.

Purchased for a college student. Had to replace the motherboard in first year under warranty. Bought the two year protection plan from HP and need to send back because the fan is becoming louder and headphone jack is not working. Overall functioning of the computer has been excellent. Lightweight and portable. An overall good quality laptop.
