Having the piece of mind against accidental damage is paramount for your newly purchased equipment. I have unfortunately had to use this service in the past, can attest to its value, and highly recommend Geek Squad protection plans.

I have not had a change or need to use it but I'm sure when I do they will be ready and available to assist I have meet some of the representatives and they are very friendly and knowledgeable

Haven’t had to use Geek squad replacement yet but I’d recommend paying a little extra if you need them. Some products have to be shipped back to manufacturer for repair or replacement. Saves a lot of time & headache.

The geek squad is one of best buys greatest inventions, they help out with plenty of tech issues and their product replacement plans are exceptionally well valued and very helpful.

Used this protection plan once on a router and once on a printer. Each time was close to the end of the protection period. No problems using it,

The protection plan is always priced super fairly and I never have a problem getting a replacement or exchange is for a better product. I buy all my electronics here now simply for the protection plans they have available.

Always pair this with my electronics, Just incase something happens down the road. Very easy to go in a exchange when there is a problem.

My external hard drive died 2 weeks into having it, took it back to Best Buy and was able to get a replacement no problem and with no hassle. Would definitely recommend getting the protection on anything you buy from Best Buy.

I always get the coverage and Best Buy has always stood behind the products. Occasionally the product is no longer made and I have to pick something else and pay the difference but it's never been substantial

this 2 year product replacement extended warranty is great it comes in handy when we need repairs or replacement of products for my PC build I would recommend buying this with all your electronic purchases

I got the Geek Squad service to go along with my Surface Laptop. I didn't have a need to replace the product during the two year period, however they were helpful with troubleshooting any issues that came up.

This gives you ease of mind for a big purchase. I had issues with my case and I exchanged for a new one. This does only cover the original device, so I had to purchase another protection plan for the new case.
