Excellent little ice maker! Fast! Great value! Easy to use.

My apartment complex doesn't provide a freezer with an ice maker and my family loves ice, so I decided to look into getting one. I did a lot of research and found that the insignia brand is the one that works for my needs. I bought the 2 year warranty to be safe but I've had no issues with it and it has been producing ice everyday since I purchased it. I'm very happy with my decision.

I've been hesitant in the past to buy Insignia items, but this really has been a true win for me. Plug it in, put some water in, and get some ice about 15 minutes later. Within an hour you've got enough ice for a couple of glasses and if you leave it plugged in all the time you're going to have plenty of ice. Nothing fancy. No digital display. Just works.

This product has served us well. We do not have a built in ice maker and are renting so this was the best option for us. Has already saved us so much time not using trays and money that would have gone toward bags of ice.

Best thing ever!!! Pour filtered water into the reservoir, pumps it up top, then drops ice into little tray & if unused it sits at room temp until melts right back into the original reservoir. But then it just drops the next set of ice cubes on top so you always have ice! Not nugget ice, but choose sm ice & it's very chewable! Super design, I'm buying another!

Have used the icemaker for 4 hours at a time-enough to almost fill a gallon plastic zip bag. I make the large cubes though they are about half the size of a regular one. I empty the basket every half hour so cubes don't have a chance to melt. Very satisfied-makes ice so much faster than using ice cube trays. (old frig-no ice maker) Good basic machine

I use this device daily. It makes enough ice to keep me well supplied. In Las Vegas we need to hydrate frequently. I enjoy ice water all day long. My refrigerator ice trays are inconvenient. I keep my ice machine on my kitchen counter and it makes ice for me constantly. So far it has been completely dependable. The build quality is excellent.

My wife got tired of me taking all the ice cubes to make my shakes and fill my tumbler for the gym. This thing saved me. Makes a fresh batch about every 6 min and I use alkaline water for the cubes which tastes so much better than tap water! I don't care what kind of filter your fridge has on it, still not purified enough for me

I absolutely love this thing. I have 1 that I got 3 years ago. His year for X-Mas, after getting a lot of compliments, I got one for my brother and family, plus one for my son's mother. Everyone loves it and they get used constantly. One of the best kitchen necessity gadgets. If you don't have an in freezer ice maker, then you have to have this.
