I have been using this ice maker for about a month. It is very easy to operate. The ice takes about 6 minutes to make 9 pieces. It has a button for small or large ice. I really do not see the difference when I put it on large or small. Both look the same to me. It is a really good ice maker and I am happy with it.

Good icemaker which makes extra ice for those times when you need extra ice and it constantly is making ice. A little noisy but that is not an issue. The ice is not as hard as ice from our freezer which tends to make drinks get watered down a little quicker but overall is a fun and functional unit.

It's a little bigger than what I was expecting and have only used once but love it so far. When first turning on it takes about 15 minutes to get your first set of ice and then they come pretty rapidly about every 4-6 minutes thereafter. This is much faster than me putting water in an ice cube tray and then into the freezer of my trailer's refrigerator.

Our ice maker went out so we had been buying bags of ice. With everyone in the house this was every other day-$10.00/week. So far this little machine has kept up with demand and then some. It has paid for itself. No issues or any problems. The first batch is usually within 10 min or less. I would recommend this to friends.

This was my first venture into the portable ice maker market. It's an OK little machine. I wasn't amazed or anything. You have to think a ways ahead to make sure ice is ready when you need it. It takes about 8 minutes to makes 9 ice-cubes. When you read in the description that it makes 26lbs. of ice .... well, yes BUT .... you have to be watching the machine for most of the time it's working. The little ice tray will fill up in about an hour. Then you have to empty it and let the machine continue. I guess the bottom line is - it doesn't work as well as a refrigerator ice maker and it doesn't keep the ice cold and ready to use when you are ready for it. It just slowly makes the ice. The catch is .... almost all of the portable ice makers are the same. After learning this fact I've come to appreciate this machine for what it is and not what I wished it was. It slowly makes ice and you have to monitor the ice basket to periodically remove the ice as it's being made.

The ice is fine and makes it quite quickly, only problems I’m having are; The ice tends to pile where the sensor are so it tends to stop making ice before it’s full. Second, the lid and top of the ice maker it self, isn’t well insulated. We only use it on our bar when we have company over and so far it’s been nice!:)

Great machine for keeping ice available at a steady pace. The only drawback is how wet the ice is after each cycle due to the water flow after ice dispenses. Doesn't make it convenient to put a basket of ice in the freezer without it sticking together. Overall pleased with the functionality.

Bought this for my wife since she likes the type of ice it makes. She uses it daily and doing good so far. I have notice when you first start making ice, you ate better off letting it dump 2 or 3 cycles of ice and then dump that back into the water. The colder you make the water, the better ice it makes.

I bought this machine because I enjoy eating ice. This machine have exceeded my expectations. I am happy that I found this ice machine and I was also pleased with the price of this machine. I have had this machine for over a month and I haven’t had any problems at all. I would highly recommend this ice machine to anyone.

Works better than expected, especially on “small” setting. Very happy with this unit, just make sure you know what to expect with any countertop maker like this: they aren’t meant to store ice for long periods of time. We’re able to run it a bit every day and empty into our freezer - sure beats buying ice all the time!

The ice maker is great. You can make decent size cubes very quickly. The only downside is you will need to keep emptying the tray as it does not hold a lot. We make the ice and then place it in the freezer to allow the device to continue making more. It was a great gift to those in my household that eat ice all day!!!

Very quiet. Makes good amount of ice and no mess. Easy to use

My husband, myself and my toddler love with my mother in law. We have to share a kitchen and we use a ton of ice. She only has trays. We also live in a split level house so going up and down all the time is annoying so we decided to purchase this! Not only is it perfect for water but when we want to make adult beverages :)
