Doesn't fill up like in the picture

It does NOT keep the ice frozen. Either you have to use the ice immediately or move them to a cooler or freezer. The water reservoir is right be low the ice tray so melting ice will drain right back into system for reuse.There is a plug drain on the bottom to remove water from the reservior. For the record, I do really like this product.
