My grandmother loves this tv. She can see what's on the screen clearly. She likes that she knows how she can use all it's features without asking for my help.

I was super excited to be getting a rad open box deal , that nothing was wrong with the product because Best Buy " certified " it ..... one car ride home later , opening the "open " box ..... the tv turns on , looking beautiful . Two minutes later , it's flashing and the screen goes dark . I try different outlets, still same thing I plug it in at the store when I go to return and same effect . Could just be a lemon but killed my first open box experience

This is an excellent bedroom TV for the price. No problems setting it up. Only ding against it is the auto channel setup is slow.

Bought open box it was an on floor sample. Got it home and everything was packaged perfectly. Just like new. The Warranty is stellar and the tv works great

I was happy with the price but not sure of the quality since I gave it to my grandmother in Mexico. I reality any LED TV is better than the old tubes she had laying around.

Easy to install and works as hoped. Assembly was simple and the picture is quite clear.

So I bought this tv as a replacement for an older tv and we've owned it over a year now and no problems what so ever! Great picture and sound!!

This purchase was actually a birthday gift for my son who just turned 14. He was so happy and excited. When he set it up and was able to play his ps4 in the privacy and tranquility of his own room. The picture quality is good and everything is good. And for the price, you can't go wrong. It even had more hdmi inputs than a 2000 LG I have in my living room. Lol
