    I had to return the tv i bought. It had a defect in it. At the time i returned it the manager and sales associate helped me and i was very satisfied.

    This is a good tv for a bedroom. The sound isn't the greatest, but we have it in the bedroom and only watch it for about an hour a day.

    I bought two of these. One of them died within 2 weeks, probably the LED. Insignia told me to take back to Geek Squad - NOT CUSTOMER SERVICE. I went to store and they insisted on Customer Service. Whatever - I walked out with a new TV within 10 minutes. Otherwise TVs work great.
