I bought one that had been returned because on the box it stated nothing was wrong and everything was included. So I got it and hooked it up. The picture was nice but it immediately had a small box pop up in the lower left hand corner with a bunch of letters in it. I researched and finally contacted the company. They said it was a firmware error and there was nothing to do to fix it. So I boxed it back up and returned it. If Best Buy would have actually inspected it instead of just boxing it back up the first time, I would have never had a problem.

There is a long lag of about 4-5 seconds when you first turn it on. Overall a decent TV for what you pay for.
