I was disconnecting the cable in back and the connecting piece popped off in my hand. The TV is now useless unless I PAY to have it repaired. I had it for 2 weeks. Busy Buy won't look at it or replace it. I have to go through Insigna, who will charge me JUST TO LOOK AT IT. No reason to ever buy this TV. Counting the time on the phone and it the store (call center rep told me to take it in a store; Store said they don't repair TVs) this has been a horrible experience.

I am a little disappointed with the sound, but it's the perfect size for the room I wanted to put it in. Easy set up to get viewing programs right away, and the model has a decent picture.

Base is awkward and we had to put TV in a different room from what we had planned because it was not able to rest on top of DVD player. Picture quality is very good.

Had one about two years ago and it is still working proper, so I thought that if I purchased another one it would definitely be a plus for me and so I did buy it. So far I have not been disappointed.

Returned the first one due to a defect but the second one is performing as expected. Not a bad TV for the price even if it is only 720p. Great TV for the bedroom or that spare room

got this tv on one of the Deal of they Days, figured we already have a tv this brand so how could we go wrong in getting another. Haven't set it up yet but will be doing so soon.

Got this for my husband on his birthday. He really wanted a TV for his office. Works just like it says. I'll have to update after a while, but right now, it is exactly what he wanted. Thanks.

The picture is fine, but the audio is terrible. Unless you plan on using surround sound pass this TV up. Even with a high end HDMI there is constant hum that almost drowns out the program on TV. Terrible purchase.

This tv is good for children or a playroom. The sound quality is poor, you will need a soundbar.

I purchased the television for my children's room. It works great and serves its purpose. The only thing that I would want to change is its weight! It's very lightweight.
