Price was good. Picture is good. Love the fact it’s a smart tv and I don’t have to buy a separate streaming device. Only issue is that sometimes it will get stuck or randomly reboot.

Great price in a Roku TV for the bedroom or kids room. I purchased 2 non name brand TVs around the same time a couple years ago. This one is still working great after almost 3 years. The other one from another store stopped working in 6 months. I would buy Insignia again

I love the tv it's definitely worth the price the only reason I gave it 4stars because sometimes it freezes the shows which is annoying sometimes but it rarely happens

I’ve had this for about 10 months now. Seemed to have a bit of problems when I first bought it, it would freeze and start turning on and off. The remote broke after about a month and there’s no buttons to control it on the tv so had to use my phone app to operate. Overall not a bad bedroom tv for the kids but nothing fancy

I wouldn't use this in my living room, but it was perfect for a bedroom and for the garage. Setup was a breeze and the apps are great. Above average tech skills recommended for use. Occasional glitch that requires a restart, but considering the price, its a steal.

Least expensive smart tv. Great, but runs a little slow

Does the job well. I don't think anyone will see this review since Best Buy seems to have stopped selling it. I'm mostly hoping it'll give me a link to the product so I can see the details, since the page for it is completely gone.

My favorite thing about this tv is not having to connect another device to it to have Netflix and all that. It's super light weight and responds quick to all commands. The only problem is we bought this tv got home and it stopped working after about 24 hours, very frustrating. However Best Buy traded it for a new one when we brought in the receipt and this one has worked perfectly for a month now! I'd say it was worth it.

5th Insignia tv. always performs well. after 8 years one lost video. I had purchased another brand recently. After 14 months had to replace main board.

Decent purchase for the price. But started experiencing issues an year after purchase.

After a couple months I started having internet connection problems. Then it stopped connecting completely and if I tried it would freeze where it wouldn’t even turn off. Now it restarts itself randomly constantly. I can’t even watch a 3 minute music video.

Ok times out sometimes but overall great tv you should get one

Decent TV for the price, sometimes slow but does its job.

I bought two of these. The wireless card went out on the first one. So now I just use it as a monitor. As it would take best buy/insignia 45 days to fix it. the 2nd one still works so far 5 months later. The 1st one had issues at the 5 month mark

Sometimes it freezes and doesn’t want to turn off. And that’s not something that just started happening it’s been happening since i got the TV. Sometime you have to unplug it or my favorite is it turns on by itself. Soooo yeah. Ok

Great tv- until it wasnt.. less than 3 months old and it has the constant reboot problem.. not sure what return policy is, but it's apparently very common with this tv.. I don't recommend this model buy a different one!

The product setup and performance were fine until shortly after purchase when the set would periodically shut down. Returned product to Best Buy for a full refund to make another purchase

Im a little overwhelmed because the control doesn't work properly it keeps shutting down

It worked great for a year and then it started to freeze and turn off.

So slow and shuts down completely for no reason sometimes.
