    The USB ports are both low-output, useless for modern phones. This is also a pretty thick power strip, so it's bulkier than it looks online. Without better USB ports, it's a waste.

    Hard to connect, a lot of force needed to connect into the outlet, two of them were useless, couldn't connect anything, it just won't go in, look elsewhere

    I have a few of these power strips--super handy for managing over sized "wall wart" plugs because the plugs rotate in any direction. Only 4 stars for this particular strip because it came with 5 instead of 7 outlets like others I own from same brand (why less?), and it's weirdly hard to push plugs into the holes of this one.
