The agents are courteous, respectful our home abd property and experienced. We’ve had them in our home a couple different times for different installs and are always friendly and knowledgeable. If they don’t know, they find the answer.

The Best Buy membership is the only way I shop. Member discounts Prices, Unlimited Geek Squad which definitely adds to my mental security not to mention the tree 24 month protection plans with all purchases!! In this case I actuall bought the 48 month protection plan because of the money I saved due to having a Membership!

I'm always cautious about warranty plans, but the Geek Squad is so much more. I can give them a quick call and they'll help me out. If I have a rare problem they will diagnose it. I usually trust the brands I buy, but having the Squad is an added layer of protection. With my washer machine the Geek Squad will come to the house and the fee is cheaper than a house call from an appliance repair company with no guaranty they will fixit. The Geek squad gets the job done.

Decent bass for the size. Remote doesn’t have a button for voice mode which is irritating - you have to do a combination of buttons to turn it off/on. If you get it on sale it is a good buy.

I purchased the 4-Year Protection Plan for my Sharp 240W Stereo Shelf System. Sharp makes great products, but I went with the plan because I have cats, and cats tend to do things like knock over expensive things.
This protection ensures that Best Buy will either fix my stereo if something happens to it, or replace it with a comparable device.
The 4-year protection costs $40, so at $10/year, I see it as a worthwhile-yet-inexpensive "defense" against a number of "damage" scenarios.
