Love the geek squad. They are friendly efficient and really helpful. Observing all safety standards for the covid 19 they set up a perimeter keeping everyone distanced and safe + set up my new TV in no time flat even programing both my controllers. Leaving me with a perfect set up and no questions unanswered. Usually set up my own electronics so 1st time using. I am impressed.

Geek squad protection is worth the money. Any time I have an issue and the warranty, I’ve always been taken care of. Either my item is prorated or I get a new one. It’s a win!

I always recommend getting protection plans! It saves so much money to replace the item of instead buying a whole 200 product again. Less headache compared to talking to the manufacturer. Also no shipping fees! Quick and easy exchange.

We always use Geek Squad when we purchase new equipment for the peace of mind. The young men who installed our tv were prompt, courteous, and very helpful in showing us the new aspects of this smart tv. They installed the new tv on the wall with no problems, and even suggested a new sound bar to consider purchasing which would make the sound even better.

I mounted and connected myself but buying a protection
is helpful since it's not easy to throw it or too expensive in case it gives you trouble after a year. This happened to me

The "Geeks" took down my existing TV and mount and installed the new TV. The LG GX uses a no gap wall mount. The guys were very careful in handling the TV and installing it. Due to the virus thing, they wore masks the whole time and were concerned about our safety as well as theirs. They were very respectful, something you don't see too often today, and we appreciated that.
