We couldn't use oven for a month, and 3 different service people came out: one said it would be replaced, another repaired... etc. It was repaired, not replaced. Now, a year later a fire erupted in the bottom of the oven - baking at 400* I have the total tech membership, but have to pay $85 for the service call so I can get my Free Warrantee. Whah??? I'll let y'all know what happens. But the MUST replace this range. and I'm not buying a whirlpool product again. Who here has had a fire break out in their oven - EVER!?!?

All other same model 4 brand new ranges broke down in a year, precisely when the warranty expired. This consistent issue is unacceptable and has led to unnecessary expenses. I will not recommend Whirlpool ranges especially.
