The washer is a little loud, not excessive by any means, but it is getting a little quieter as it breaks in over the last 2 months. It is a hybrid washer meaning you can use regular detergent with the water height you choose or use the HE setting for minimal water and HE detergents. I had a lot of regular detergent on hand so this was a must for me. For full removal of softener I use the double rinse cycle, clothes are drier and softener is fully depleted. My clothes have been very clean with no issues at all. It’s a washer for the best of both regular detergent and HE people. The agitator works well to remove ground in dirt and debris without doing any damage to clothing. It’s large enough to wash a comforter with ease which is a plus. I’m very pleased with my purchase.

We purchased a 5 year warranty for a Samsung all in one washer dryer that stopped working after 30 days. We had issues getting service on the product so Samsung refunded just the cost of the unit not the extended warranty or the pedistal or anything else. I asked the MOD to refund the extended warranty and he did. I was very happy even though the product purchased from Best Buy was a Rotten Apple.

I love my Samsung washer. It’s perfect for small and oversize loads. I can control the setting through the SmartThings app and I can even schedule for my Alexa to start the washer at a certain time.

I had bought a new washer and my mom was home when they arrived to install it. My mother said they were so nice and the guy saved us from having to call a plumber because the water valves were so corroded. He was able to connect everything and I am blowing away by how nice the new washer is. Theses are the reasons I made sure I buy my expensive things from Best Buy not these other large retailers that just don't care about there customers. I have always purchased the product protection plan with anything of value like my laptop, tablet, and refrigerator. I have never had any issues with the plans. I have had to use them when my laptop battery and poercords gave out but they were replaced with no issues other than having to wait for the battery since it was not in stock. Highly recommend purchasing a plan to protect any electronics and appliances.

I took this protection out on my new GE WASHER DRYER COMBO have not had to use the protection yet. But I do keep getting notice that I need to buy GE Warranty much is confusing since I bought the protection at the time of purchase.

I purchased extra protection for my open-box item, just to be safe in case anything goes wrong. The peace of mind knowing I won’t have to worry about repairs is priceless — definitely worth the extra cost.

I always purchase the extended warranties on ALL major appliance purchases. I have had to use it already on my washer that was only 2 1/2 years old when the drum came lose. They called it a catastrophic fail and gave me every penny I spent back in credits to purchase a new washer. Love the extended warranties!

I love this washer! No issues great product. I love the color of black and rose gold. Fits all my heavy king size blankets. I’ve had it for almost 3 years and I would definitely buy another one!

I bought the Extended Service Agreement for our new Dryer, Washer & SideKick Washer we bought at Best Buy for several reasons: 1- Piece of Mind - No worries for 5 Years 2- Much Lower Cost than similar offering direct from the Manufacturer! 3- Much Longer Coverage than similar offering direct from the Manufacturer! 4-Since we bought the Top-Of-The-Line Appliances with Steam, controls on the door, etc., there are more things that could possibly go wrong. Ah, piece of mind!

I haven't used them yet altho I believe I shouldn't have a problem my son uses there services and always had good luck

This was relatively easy to use when service was needed. The repairman was great and our product was fixed same day by a qualified contractor, (I am supposing is listed through your Geek squad for appliances). Although, this product carries a 10 year warranty, and the Manufacturer still covers it, the extended warranty, ought to not be effective until the manufacturers’ warranty has expired.

I bought the protection plan and they refused to help my washing machine shaking all over the place. It was brand new.
