Got this as birthday gift for my husband. He loves it. The picture is amazing and I got it for a very good price. Loved it. It took five minutes to set up and was super easy to see all the apps available.

Purchased just about a year ago & still working great. Paired with an Apple TV and Playstation 5. Picture quality is great in terms of colours & crystal clear with 4K content. Just worth noting that HDR seems to only be supported on HDMI port 1. In-built software isn't amazing, but serviceable. It has inbuilt Chromecast. Speakers are not great, but not terrible at all either - have experienced far worse inbuilt speakers. So never actually felt the need to splurge for an extra sound system.

For those on a budget, you can't go wrong with the VIZIO M507-G1. The colors are vibrant, and the sound is decent. It comes with all of the standard options, such as Wi-Fi, smart capability, and multiple input sources. It renders 4K input sources perfectly. The sound is probably its worst aspect, but that's not to say it's bad. There is some flicker on the menu screen, but you can alter the settings to remove it if that bothers you. All in all, it's a great television for those on a budget.

The picture quality is amazing! the colors is what really sticks out, especially when it's hdr content your watching; Smartcast could stand to improve, you can't download any additional apps so you're forced cast any unavailable app from your mobile device to the build-in Chomecast. Other than that this is probably the best tv you can get for $400.

-Tv looks awsome In 4K -The speakers are excellent considering the size of panel. Look of TV is simple and sleek -lots of apps on TV Apps are slow compared to Samsung. White in kids TV shows in contrast to black bleeds in 4 of 5 settings. It does not do it in the Netflix movies though. Just in cartoons. -Remote is simple but not organized well I would recommend this to any one who loves to use apps to watch movies and programs. But I rather have a Samsung for ease of use And better picture

I'm normally not a fan of any other brands than Samsung, but Vizio has truly impressed me with this model. The amount of features you get with this model at the price is remarkable. Chromecast, Apple airplay, built in apps with Smartcast, hands free voice control using Alexa, Siri, and Google, and Watchfree. Watchfree is Vizio's own built n TV service and it caught me off guard by the sheer amount of channels that are available...FOR FREE!!! Not to mention the picture quality is phenomenal for a 4KTV at this price. Do yourself a favor and take a chance on this like I did. You will not be disappointed

Great picture, lightweight and simple to set up. The only thing that I don’t like is that it makes loud creaking sounds even when it has been turned off for a while. The sound is like the plastic is expanding/contracting when it gets warm/hot with use. My other TVs that are a few years older don’t to this. The remote is cheap and buttons already getting stuck and remote doesn’t light up so hard to see when the lights are off.

Just bought this TV, the m7 version, and I'm happy. Out of the box the picture was great. With a little tuning to my preference I got it to look even better. I named my picture settings, which is nice. Simple to set up, everything is pretty basic. Don't be afraid to play with the picture settings, it's simple to go back to default so you're never going to mess anything up. Found some picture settings on YouTube for this TV easy to follow. Try it you might like it. I'd recommend this TV or the m8 series. Since this is a bedroom TV I went with the m7 and it's plenty nice!

Excellent buy - the 4 stars are b/c I'm still learning everything this TV offers. I did tons of research before I finally selected this set-there were so many options to consider and this was a major purchase for me. I tend to buy for future needs so that I won't have to purchase a new set each year. This Vizio is wonderful. The setup is easy and adding my channels took very little time. The color is great and it has lots of app options.

This is my 2nd Vizio 50” 4K LED UHD TV in 3 years. This new Quantum model has more vibrancy in term of color and crispness. I have it mounted on the wall in my den. I have it connected to cable and stream 4K UHD frequently. A truly amazing TV for the money. Vizio’s technical support services are quite good - they helped me set up Streaming. I also have a Samsung 32” LED TV and find the Vizio superior in terms of audio as well as video crispness. I will stick with Vizio so long as their products are superior to the competition quality and price wise.

This Vizio TV has excellent color, good sound on it's own, and lots of features. Remote control has one button for each of the following: Vudu, Netflix, prime video, xumo, hulu, and redbox so it is very simple to access all of these internet sites. The remote control also allows a one button "WatchFree" which allow you to get an additional 100 channels for no charge on the Vizio TV. The remote control is quite small but is very simple and easy to use. The TV was very easy for this 68 yr old Granny to set up and enjoy.

We love our Vizio picture quality and how easy it is to operate. We are satisfied with our size choice. However, the issue we have is that it often starts up as if it has never been connected before and makes you go through the prompts for language and things that were set in the beginning. It also disconnects from WIFI and makes you reenter the wifi password. It's not a huge issue, just annoying. Other than that, great purchase!

Looks fantastic, and is a great deal for the price I paid, and works great as a second TV in the bedroom. Two things keep it from being 5 stars: A poor/nonexistent app store means that you'll need to rely on its built-in chromecast for HBO and Disney+. They say they are fixing it for Disney+ but HBO has been a TV app for over a year now, and there's no excuse for it not to be here. Fortunately a Firestick, Roku, or other such device solves this problem, but in today's era of smart TVs that shouldn't be necessary. The local light dimming is sometimes noticeable, especially at load-in. Poor software/hardware team management means that the spinning circle crosses two zones, so as it spins different parts of the screen go dark or light. Not a big deal, and far less noticeable when actually watching, but it's the sort of thing that reminds you that you bought a $350 TV instead of the $1000 TV it otherwise pretends to be. Again, for the price, these two complaints are not huge, but it would be nice if they had taken just a little more time smoothing out these rough patches, and continued to put more attention towards their app dev team.

The picture quality is fabulous and the sound is LOUD if you want it loud. The free channels are entertaining, funny, nostalgic, and cover a lot of interests (although in the 5 weeks I have had the TV, the reruns are rampant). Frustrating remote...the programming for the evening suddenly disappeared, and I am not sure how to make the guide reappear. A manual was missing from the box. Also, I cannot seem to find the TV on my chromecast, so I am still trying to outsmart it (excuse my pun) and connect it.to my computer. I suggest a wall mount that has space between the wall and the TV because the hdmi ports are so high up, you cannot reach them unless you have an extremely long screwdriver. The picture sometimes freezes after 3 or 4 hours, and you have to turn off the TV and turn it on again, but it really was worth the money, especially if you wait for the sale price (which I did). If you have any capabilities in mounting, save your money, and do it yourself instead of paying for it. I don't have talent for building things, but my super did, so it was up within 20 minutes. Go for it. Oh, and I went for the additional warranty.

This is a good TV. I enjoyed the picture quality for standard content. The only reason I replaced it was because it just didn't have enough brightness to appreciate Dolby Vision and HDR10 content. I tend to prefer very bright screens but not everyone needs this. I would recommend this to someone who does not make frequent use of HDR/DV content.

So I had already given this a 5 star when I bought. I turned in the V series for the M and it was well worth the few extra $$$. That still holds true AND MORE. So I’ve loved this TV since day 1 but just this week I realized that my AppleTV’s input on the TV did not have the UHD Color turned on aka HDR. I turned it on and WOW!!! What I thought was a great picture became an amazing picture. I watched The Last Jedi on Dolby Vision and I was blown away with the difference after I turned on the setting. I always thought it was automatic like my Samsung and I was more than ok with the picture that came out but now I feel like I literally just bought a new TV by just turning it on. This honestly is putting my 8 series Samsung that I had paid well over $1000 to shame. After a few months I am extremely happy with this purchase. Vizio apps are still lackluster for my taste and I stick with my Apple TV or Roku in order to use Spectrum app. If you’re good with the basics ie vudu, netflix, youtube then you’ll be fine.

Good QLED TV for the price

This is pretty sleek and robust 50" QLED TV and comes at a very good price too! I've been using it for about 6 months now and haven't had any serious problems with it. I have it hooked up to my Roku and do not use the MyVizio features. Pros: - Good viewing angles - HDMI ARC works perfectly and I have my soundbar connected to that. - Picture quality and vibrant picture is better compared to other QLEDs in this price range. - I use my Roku remote to power the TV and also control the volume of my soundbar. It is VERY convenient to be able to use just one remote for everything! Cons: - Sometimes gives issues when using a hot HDMI connection. Doesn't detect my Roku about once in two weeks and I need to restart my Roku. - 16 dimming zones only is pretty bad. They are divided into 8 bars each on the left and right sides. Rectangular blocks of backlight them turning on and off ruins viewing experience. So I keep them off. - I think the terms and conditions to use the MyVizio features are crazy and the data mining they are allowed to do as a part of those terms are insane. I have never used those features or accepted the "terms and conditions" and just use my Roku to stream media.

This TV has a great rich picture. Really simple to use and set up. Chromecast is a nice built-in feature but I like streaming off a Roku/ or Firestick rather than casting from my phone and draining my battery. The reason why I gave it 4 rather than 5 is the lack of apps. This TV also doesn't have a "store" to go onto to have access of downloading other apps.
