Purchase and delivery was seamless. Tv was shipped strapped to pallet and shrink-wrapped.

Looks great. The only problem I've had so far is that I haven't been able to connect it to my wifi. I can connect other devices in the same area easily but it's not picking it up.

As soon as you open the box, you feel the construction quality of this unit. The solid, well designed enclosure gives me confidence this TV will last in its place outside, under my covered patio. Overall, I am very happy with this device. Setup was easy, but I was surprised by receiving two remotes - one the waterproof version as advertised and another non-waterproof which is an LG "magic remote". I honestly am not a fan of the WebOS interface. It is clunky and badly organized in my opinion. Also, the magic remote is a little strange and I found myself going in circles trying to navigate the menus. I guess this is the price you pay for using LG electronics in your device. My only other disappointment is that the choice of installable apps is somewhat limited and includes some very strange choices while missing more popular options that should be there. (I thought WebOS versions newer than version 4 had more choices, but this device with WebOS 5 didn't seem to.) All in all, I'm glad I made the purchase and believe this will be a great addition to my outdoor entertainment options.

Nov 17, 2023 we purchased a Paramount Swivel Stand and 55” Neptune partial Sun Outdoor TV we were told by salesman and ON OUR RECEIPT that we would get these items by 12/5/2023. And on 12/6/2023 the Geek Squad would come and hook everything up for us. On 12/5/2023 4pm we have not received our items, come to find out when we brought these items it generated a new Best Buy Member ID on we could not see our purchase. So I called Best Buy and the second transfer that person was able to merge our ID’s but came back and said we will not be able to see the merge for five days. I ask about our shipment and she could not help, she transferred to wrong person, then finally a person was able to show us how to sign on as a quest and track our shipment, he told us it was delayed. After talking with them other reps they could not tell us about signing on as a guest???? Well when I looked it up under quest it had been here at a warehouse since Nov 30, 2023 and nobody told us that we was supposed to setup and appointment for our shipment to be delivered to US!! WOW it was told by salesman and on receipt GET IT BY 12/5/2023. SO I tried to setup and appointment with Pilot Freight Services who was by Maersk. The web site was not working because it was new?? SO we could not set up delivery. So we decided to go to Best Buy. We arrived Best Buy and was talking to a customer service rep and he was nothing but argumentative!! We told him about the shipment to us on the 5th and Geeks setup on 6th he stated no it comes to Best Buy and we bring it to you. WOW not even knowing his system. Then the Manager came over and said our shipment is not the only one delayed. Then the rep said our shipment shows him that it is delayed and not here at the warehouse yet and I had to show him how to get it up showing that it was in a warehouse since Nov 30, 2023. I told the rep we wanted it canceled that it has been at this warehouse and WE have to setup the appoint to get it to our house when we have a RECEIPT saying when it was to arrive by 12/5/2023. He said he could not cancel so he refunded us the Geek Squad funding items and said when we get it we will have to return it. I said NO you cancel it and he said he can’t. We left. I got home and I called Pilot Freight Service/Maersk and a wonderful individual said yes it had been there since Nov 30 and yes I can cancel the shipment and it will be sent back to Best Buy. She emailed us a letter stating just that. WOW the Best Buy Customer Rep could not do that??? So we spent several thousands of dollars at Best Buy and we have to make arrangements to get the items/shipment to us?? WOW if we were explained that, we would have to make arrangements, this could have been a different review????? ALSO, how many times do you have to be transferred to get an answer?? Also Cust Serv Reps/Managers need to be up on their policies on how things are run at Best Buy.

We purchased this TV in October and Sunday's have not been the same. Watching the Giants on this TV in our backyard is an awesome experience. Love this TV. We choose this TV at first mainly due to its weight. It is a lightest one we have found and perfect for attaching to our galvanized steel pergola!!

TV performance delivers as advertised! Picture is bright and beautiful even when hit with a bit of direct sunlight.

TV will not stay connected to the internet nor even remember the network. (Wireless) I’ve tried to be patient and searched for solutions to no avail. Picture quality is good with some bright spots around corners. If you are trying to use this TV as a wireless smart TV then look for something else.

Smart feature would not work. Had an iPad & an iPhone next to it streaming without issue on the same next work. Option to fix the problem was to add an appletv or similar to fix the issue. We own appletv’s & they work great but for an outdoor application we purchased a top of the line “smart” tv to avoid extra cords, remotes, removing for weather events, Ect….

I have done a lot of research on outdoor TVs and spoke to my audio guy for all my in-home audio and video and this is the only TV that stood out and that he recommends. Really looking forward to receiving it. I’ll post again once I get it.

It's worth the money. I was pretty amazed how light and slim the tv was when I removed the packaging. Very easy to instal the wall mount, I did it myself in about a half hour on wood siding. The picture quality is fantastic, even on a very bright sunny day with no clouds. I was a little worried about how strong the wifi would be, but not a single issue. Watching Hulu live tv is flawless with a strong signal. Only complaint I have is it doesnt look like I can download the ESPN or NFL Network app. I will keep looking to see if there is a way to do that. Overall great product, very happy with it.
