Good quality, great picture, easy to use. We buy Visio because we have had good luck with them

I had no trouble ordering this tv and it was priced lower than the competitors. The only issue I had was pickup due to two inexperienced employees not versed in cramming big boxes in tiny cars. It wouldn’t have been a problem but they were not wearing masks so I sent them inside and loaded it up myself.

I received this TV today and started setting it up. Everything was going fine, and then after accepting terms and connecting to my wifi I get a blank screen. Regular antenna TV will work, casting works, and that's it... No smartcast, no watchfree, not even any of the streaming apps will load. I checked forums and apparently this is a very common issue right now and has been for a week with no update from Vizio! I thought I did my research, but it turns out poor software and glitchy updates are common with Vizio. It looks like you'd be way further ahead buying the cheapest 4K TV possible and just getting a Chromecast. Much better software, less headache, and probably the same picture quality (this one is nice, but all the 4K TVs are with a little adjusting…).

Although Sony and Samsung are top rated TVs. This TV definitely blows them out of the water. For the same price in any other brand you’ll get the same features at only 60Hz refresh rate, while Vizio offers this tv at 120Hz. Stop spending more money than you need to, this is definitely the TV to get. Great picture, sound, free tv, and all the smart TV apps. Can’t beat it!

I've been a Vizio fan for years. You can't beat the quality and prices. This TV is as good, if not better than my other much more expenisive TVs. We use this one in the living room and its perfect. It has plenty of HDMI outputs and everythibng else we need to hook up all our accessories (Xbox, Playstation, and soundbar)

This Vizio, has loads of options, to obtain the best image ,as it has varying preset image controls with adjustable overrides. You're able to change the size of the image to maximize the screen size, and optional sound enhancements, internally and externally. The set is already equipped to handle various streaming services as well!

I couldn't be happier. For the money this TV is fantastic. Easy to install, easy to set up, easy all the way around. It has nice sound too. My only complaint, if you can call it that, is I wish i could add more apps. All the big ones are there but there are a few id like to add. Other than that it's a great tv at a great price.

It’s a great TV, once you get it going. Once you press the power button on the remote, it’s a hit or miss if it’s going to turn on this time or not. Probably a low quality sensor. Otherwise, it’s perfect. Great picture, great sound.

We love this TV! Our Phillips died in the middle of quarantine and I found this one online for pickup, and as soon as we set it up we were FLOORED! What a difference. Great quality and wonderful features!

Love this TV - we are very happy with our buy and enjoying every minute of this Smart TV. The price was great and can't say enough of good things but what I can say...we are enjoying it a LOT now staying home due to Covid-19.

We decided to huy this tv when we saw that it has an airplay! :) plus the price is really affordable for us! 65” and you get a smart tv with just $500 less! We’ve been using this tv for a few month ls already and so far it never disappoints us.
