Best Buy and Acer products sucks. All I did was adjust my sceeen and then it goes black and you here a cracking sound. Like really. Am I not allowed to adjust my screen? I didnt press hard; I touched the outline part the white frame. It wasn't even a touch more like a nudge. So looks like I've wasted $200. I took it to the store to talk about my warranty and ask for a replacement. ( The purchase came with a 1 year warranty) And their response was "since I ordered online I didn't sign a warranty paper like In store purchases have. So I have to buy a whole other $200 chromebook".... "Sorry for your troubles". What response is that he didn't ask for my warranty information and barley helped me. You just lost a former valued customer.

My high schooler needed to upgrade her laptop and she noted that they use Chromebooks in school and would love one for home. It was very cost effective, she loves it, nice battery life, loved the color (white), perfect for her assignments and communicating with her teachers! Exceeded her expectations. There's no DVD player but she doesn't miss it at all.

I thought this notebook was very inexpensive compared to other laptops I had looked at. My daughter had bought this same Chromebook at Christmas time & gave several away for gifts & kept one for herself. & she told me how much she enjoyed it. Although I was use to using an Apple computer I love the portability of this Chromebook & love how small & easy to use it is. I keep it next my chair in the living room & pick it up anytime I want to search for something, I would recommend to anyone who enjoys just searching online.

Ya really can't go wrong with a Chromebook in my opinion. Got this one for my son as his Samsung charging port kept breaking. He's in high school and needs to he able to do his homework and have fun. This one does all he needs and does it well.

This is a necessity for any student! It is inexpensive and resilient and has allowed my children to bring their own chrome books to school each day. An excellent value!

Bought this for my niece as she went off to college and was in need of a computer for school. Typical laptops are very expensive especially for a new college student who might not be the best at maintaining them. This has worked great, no issues, perfect for everything a college student needs at a GREAT PRICE!

I had purchased a previous Chromebook on line and when it arrived it was a disappointment as it was nothing like on line showed so I returned and ordered the Acer, which is better than I thought it would be, is super easy to use and very light to carry around! I would absolutely recommend this great product!!

Bought for child for high school. Works great. Have had 3 Acer chrome books all were great.

Needed to update an old Chromebook and this was the perfect choice. I like the white color and the better memory and screen monitor was a plus. I highly recommend this netbook for someone that just wants to do e-mail and surf the Web.

This is a nice laptop for someone who doesn't need all those complex programs from microsoft or adobe. Really good for accesing the internet.

It is just as described and exactly what I was expecting. Received it earlier than promised. Good solid product. Perfect if looking at Chrome books, highly recommend.

Can't say enough about the Acer Chromebook . It is so easy to take with you and big enough to watch videos and movies. These little notebooks do it all! 5 Stars!

My only peeve was that it was Chrome book and didnt accept Microsoft Office 365.. other than that great laptop for a great price...
