I called and asked them to replace the charger and they said they no longer had chargers for the laptop and my only option was to buy my own charger or return the laptop. Kinda sucked

It will not hold a charge and the screen flickers. The company they use, Plan IT ROI, is worthless! PSA: DO NOT BUY REFURBISHED. Spend the extra $ and get a new item!

Filthy,nasty.its going back

I'm very surprised and very unsatisfied
