Great laptop

One problem is the app verison of Hulu or Netflix really lag on this computer but when viewing them on a browser they work just fine. Not a deal breaker but just wierd.

Great chrome book

Works very well as expected. Great screen for videos, clear and superb picture. Only downside is it has a lot of glare due to the glassy appearance/smooth finish. No issues so far.

I use it every day, and it replaced one that I dropped and destroyed! Sharp picture, touch screen that I am addicted to, goes everywhere and does everything! Nice big screen for watching movies. LOve it!

You would never know it’s refurbished

Got as a gift for my sons 9th birthday and it was simple to set up and create an account just for him. Since he is young it already put parental controls on and alerts me when he tries to download new games. I have to approve before it downloads. The screen is amazing and I love the touchscreen.

Turned on 4 first time and screen was blitzing

It def did the job needed which was conference calling during covid but tilting the screen causes the screen image to scatter and blitz. If it's opened to desired tilt then it's okay but once moved again, goodbye image

New To Chromebook!

But for the refurbished price nice computer! Thanks BestBuy

Worked great for 2 years

Then the screen started display bad graphics. So, I decided to repair it myself. It is now in the recycle trash somewhere. I got through with the repair and an extra wire appeared. Ha. Oh well.
